"Wake up, Sunhee," my mom said.

"Okay," I said.

I got up and started getting ready. Today, I will start university. I got dressed in shorts and a T-shirt. I put on my glasses and tied my hair. I went downstairs. I bowed at my mom. 

"Can I eat cereal?" I asked.

"Go ahead," my mom said.

I ate cocoa puffs and milk. I don't like to eat soup, rice, and kimchi in the morning. Its not me. When I was done eating, my mom made me drink my medicine for tuberculosis. I've had it ever since I was born and had to take medicine for it.

"I will be going," I said. I grabbed my shoes.

"Bye," my mom said,"see you later."

I walked out the door. It took a while to get to the university. I lived near the subway which was always crowded. I finally got there. I stood at the side walk. There were so many cars. I waited for one to stop, but none did. I pouted.
