After a while of attacking Yo Seob’s lips Hyun Seung found himself needing air and reluctantly pulls away from the younger male. Leaning his forehead on Yo Seob’s he looks into his eyes. “Are you sure about this Yo Seob? Isn’t it to soon?” Hyun Seung hated to ask he’d rather continue to kiss those perfect lips of Yo Seob’s but he also wanted to make sure this was what the other really wanted.

Panting from lack of air it took a minute for Yo Seob to calm his racing heart enough to return his gaze to the other male. “I’m sure Seungie….So sure....” smiling that sweet smile of his Yo Seob places his hand onto Hyun Seung’s cheek. “It is a bit soon isn’t it? But you won’t hurt me like Doo Joon has. You won’t right?”

“You shouldn’t even need to ask me that Seobie there is no way I’d ever hurt you.” Hyun Seung pecks Yo Seob’s lips once, twice, three times before he stops himself because if he were to keep going he’d have to take Yo Seob to the bedroom and everyone knows what would happen then. “You know you still have to talk to Doo Joon right? He at least deserves to know that you don’t want to be with him anymore we all do need to get along since we work with each other.”

Yo Seob sighed as much as he didn’t want to agree with what Hyun Seung had said it was true he needed to tell Doo Joon that he was no longer the keeper of his heart that he would now only be looked at as a friend and nothing more. He also knew that it was going to be one of the hardest things he ever had to say. “I guess your right….Once he gets home I’ll have a talk with him….”

When Doo Joon did arrive home he was surprised to find the house still empty except for Yo Seob and Hyun Seung. Yo Seob had an ‘I’d rather be anywhere but here’ look on his face while Hyun Seung had a un readable one which Doo Joon didn’t know if he should take that as a good thing or a bad one.

“Uhm I will just leave the two of you alone. I’ll be in the bedroom if you need me Seobie.” With that Hyun Seung gets up from off the couch but not before running a hand through Yo Seob’s hair once more. Doo Joon watched the scene, raising an eyebrow, and holding back the urge to push Hyun Seung away from Yo Seob. “Yo Seob what’s going on?”

It was Yo Seob’s turn to get off the couch this time to make his way to the older man taking a deep breath as he did so. He stopped when they were only a few feet away from each other. Yo Seob found it hard to even look Doo Joon in the face but after a while of silence and awkwardness he finally looks up to the taller man. “Junsu came over here to talk to me about us. After he left I thought long about it….About us....I’m sorry Doo Joon but I’m tired of being hurt….”


As Yo Seob’s words filled his mind Doo Joon felt his whole world come crashing down in those moments. He was hurt and angry not at Yo Seob he could never be angry at him. He was angry at himself for even hurting the younger man in the first place because of his inability to stay true to Yo Seob he lost him and honestly as much as he hope they would get back together he had a feeling they wouldn’t. It wasn’t just because of Doo Joon and he knew it. “It’s not just about me now is it Yo Seob? You like Hyun Seung don’t you? I can see the way you two are around each other.”

Yo Seob nods slowly he wasn’t going to lie that would only make things hurt for Doo Joon more than they already were. Moving closer to the older man Yo Seob places a hand on Doo Joon’s shoulder. Again silence ran through the room until Yo Seob spoke again. “You know Junsu really has a thing for you? You should give him a chance. Maybe he’ll be able to change I mean help you in being faithful the way I couldn’t.”

Doo Joon looks into Yo Seob’s eyes seeing that there would be no changing his mind it was made up and it was time Doo Joon accepted it and who knew if Junsu really had a thing for him maybe he could start anew with someone else. Even if it will be hard for him to see Yo Seob and Hyun Seung together at least he’d know Yo Seob was happy and wouldn’t be hurt like he had hurt him. He was going to become a better man, a better boyfriend. He would show Yo Seob, Junsu, and everyone else that he could be the faithful boyfriend he knew he really was. “We can still be friends right Seobie?”

“Of course Doo Joon if not it would be pretty hard to work together wouldn’t it?” Yo Seob smiles softly this time it was the normal bright smile that he always showed before things had happened. Doo Joon couldn’t help but smile also wrapping his arms around the younger man in a quick hug which the other returned thankfully. When they finally separated Doo Joon looks to the bedroom then back to Yo Seob. “Why don’t you get Hyun Seung I’ll call the rest of the gang and we’ll meet up and get something to eat.”

With a quick nod Yo Seob runs off to the bedroom to get Hyun Seung. Things might not get back to normal right away. Doo Joon and Yo Seob’s hearts might not be completely healed but at least they had a chance to start anew with each other though they might not be back together but at least they were still friends. If Doo Joon Played his cards right Junsu and him could start their own happy memories that Hyun Seung and Yo Seob were bound to start if they haven’t already.

When Yo Seob finally made his way into the bedroom he moves over to Hyun Seung’s bed and sits next to him a small smile on his lips. “So I talked to Doo Joon I told him everything.”

Looking up from the book he was reading Hyun Seung smiles as he closes it and places it under his bed. Taking the younger man’s hands in his, lacing their fingers together, his left thumb rubbing back and forth against the top of Yo Seob’s hand. “How is he taking it?”

“Better than I thought he would. I told him about Junsu hopefully things will go well for the two of them.” Pulling Hyun Seung closer to him he presses his lips against the other’s for a moment before pulling away. “He is going to call the guys and take all of us out to get something to eat since schedules start again tomorrow.”

“Let’s go then huh?”

With a quick nod and bright smile Yo Seob jumps up from the bed and begins to fast walk out of the bedroom pulling Hyun Seung along with him. Things were going to get better from now on it may not happen right away but there was already a calm that filled the apartment and soon enough laughter a bit awkward but none the less laugher began to run through the living room as Yo Seob through a pillow at both Hyun Seung and Doo Joon for making fun of his laugh.
