For me, love was just un-meaningful word. It would only bring heartache, an un-ending despair. I once believed in love when I was a child but after everything that happened I swore to not believe in love anymore. Love has turned me into such a cold man. What’s the use to give someone your heart if what they would do was only to stomp on it? Love totally didn’t work out for me. Maybe this was a curse god has put on my family. I wouldn’t let love ruin my life. I’d be content without love.

Ji Eun’s Pov

Love was important to me, being an only child in my family my Dad always poured me with an un-ending love but not my Mom, she seemed to distance herself from me, it’s true that she loved me but that’s not a kind of love that a mother would gave to her child. My life was perfect until I found out that I wasn’t their child, I was adopted. My world just crumbled down into pieces. It’s true that my parents loved me but to know that they weren’t my real parents only made me feel that love and life was playing a sick and cruel game with me. I wished I could feel love that wouldn’t bring me tears and sorrow, even just once.
