“We have to go catch our flight, Lu Han!” Lay pulled on his close friend’s sleeve urgently as he glanced up at the large clock in Seoul International Airport.

Lu han glanced at the other EXO-M member’s faces before sighing, “Fine...”

“Sorry that she didn’t come.” XiuMin patted his back.

Lu han attempted a smile before beginning to walk alongside s.

“HYUNG!” A familiar voice yelled out.

Lu han turned around to see Sehun sprinting towards the members while panting. His eyes were wide.

“What happened?” Lu han asked as Sehun clutched his arm to get his breath back.

Sehun pointed back, “She’s here....”

Lu han’s eyes widened, “Wait... what?”

Sehun took a deep breath before meeting his eyes, “StarLight got in trouble with their choreographer for some reason so they were held back! Yoon Ju said for me to go first to tell you that. She’s on her way here, hyung!”

Lu han bit his bottom lip and glanced at the time, “Sehun... we have to go though...”

Sehun frowned, “Just wait a little longer!”

Kris sighed and ruffled the back of his head, “We can’t... we really have to go Sehun.”

Sehun’s eyes widened, “B-But-”

Kris cut him off, “Sehun, we can’t wait any longer. Lu han can just... call her after we land or something.” he took Lu han’s arm and pulled on it, “Come on!”

Lu han looked up to his leader, “Duizhang... go ahead first. I’ll wait for five more minutes.”

Kris gave him a look, “Lu han...” his tone indicated for Lu han not to go against him, “We can’t miss our flight. We have a show to do just an hour after we land!”

Lu han nodded, “I know! I promise! I’ll make the flight. Don’t worry. Go ahead.”

Kris opened his mouth to say something but Lay shook his head and held onto his arm, stopping him, “He’ll come.” Lay assured. “Come on, duizhang.”

Kris glanced back at Lay and then at Lu han. He finally looked at Sehun.

Sehun noticed the elder’s eyes on him and decided he only had one choice. He brought up one fist and did his aegyo, “Buing buing?”

Kris groaned and sighed, “Fine!” he gave a glare to Lu han, “You better make it!”

Lu han brightly smiled, “I will!”

Sehun smiled, happy to see Lu han smiling.

Kris gave him one lingering look before walking off. Tao followed closely, sticking close, while Chen and XiuMin wandered behind. Lay smiled to Lu han and gave him a thumbs up before turning and following s.

Sehun let go of Lu han’s arm and stood beside him, checking his phone for any new messages, but there were none.

Lu han stole a glance at his younger best friend, “She’ll...be here, right?” he sounded worried.

Sehun smiled at him, “She will.”

Lu han nodded and went back to staring out at the entrance for her.

After a minute Sehun sighed, “You know, hyung, I’m glad you stayed back to wait for her.”

Lu han was confused, “What do you mean?”

Sehun looked up at him with a bittersweet smile, “If you hadn’t stayed back and just left. I would have made a move on her.”

Lu han’s eyes widened, “W-What?!”

Sehun shrugged and turned to look at the entrance again, “If you can’t even risk one flight to say goodbye to her then why would I let you have her, hyung.”

“Sehun...” Lu han’s expression softened.

Sehun put up a hand to stop him, “I’m ok, hyung. Don’t worry about me. I’m ok... as long as you're happy and so is she.”

Lu han slung an arm around Sehun’s shoulder. “Thank you....for everything, Sehunnie. I won’t let you down, I promise.”

Sehun finally let out a genuine grin, “Good. Because if you do, best friend or not, I will hit you, hyung.”

“You should also say hyung or not.” Lu han joked.

Before Sehun had a chance to answer, his eyes widened, “She’s here!”

Lu han snapped his head back and let out a smile of relief as he saw Yoon Ju push through the crowd and spot them. She ran over with wide eyes, panting as she reached.

Yoon Ju looked up at him, still breathing hard, “I’m...so...sorry! I’m late, I know. My-”

“I know. Sehun told me.” Lu han cut her off. He couldn’t help but smile at how cute she looked in this frantic state.

Sehun looked between them and ignored the feeling in him to smile, “I’ll wait outside for you, Yoon Ju.”

Yoon Ju smiled to him and they both watched him leave.

Lu han couldn’t help but think that Sehun had grown up so much since their trainee days.

Yoon Ju brushed her hair back as she finally could breath normally, “So... I’m here.”

Lu han glanced at the clock, “And I only have five minutes before I really have to go.”

Yoon Ju’s smile dropped, “I’m really late.”

Lu han shook his head, “It’s ok. At least you’re here.”

Yoon Ju looked down, “You’re leaving for China for 3 months, gege. That’s a long time, you know.”

“I know...” Lu han cleared his throat, earning her attention, “So you can’t forget me, ok?”

Yoon Ju laughed, “That’s kind of hard to do. I watch all of your shows with Krystal and Min Jung.”

Lu han couldn’t help the smile on his lips, “Really?”

Yoon Ju averted her gaze, “Who doesn’t? EXO’s pretty big, you know...”

Lu han chuckled, “Just don’t forget me, ok, Yoon Ju?”

Yoon Ju looked up at him with a sneaky smile, “Maybe I need something to make sure I won’t forget you?”

Lu han raised an eyebrow in confusion, “And what would that be?”

Yoon Ju innocently shrugged, “I don’t know.”

Lu han hesitated for a moment, staring down at her.

He took a step closer to her and she looked up at him with wide eyes.

He took a silent deep breath in an effort to gain courage before stepping all the way forward and clutching the back of her neck in one of his hands.

Her head tilted upwards and he used that moment to lower his lips onto hers.

Her eyes automatically closed at the blissful feeling and one hand came up to rest on his cheek while the other held onto his arm for support.

Lu han’s lips moved against Yoon Ju’s and she smiled through the kiss.

He finally pulled away after a minute and stepped back with a wide smile.

Yoon Ju laughed to hide the feeling of wanting his lips back on hers, “I promise I won’t forget you, Lu han ge.”

Lu han chuckled again, “Good.” His eyes traveled to the clock and his smile faded, “I have to go now.”

Yoon Ju’s smile wavered as she took a deep breath and stepped to wave at him. “Bye then.”

“Goodbye.” Lu han waved back and took a few slow steps back.

“Goodbye...” Yoon Ju said, “For now.”

Lu han smiled and nodded, “Goodbye...for now.” He turned around and walked through the gate, disappearing from view.

Yoon Ju smiled, staring in the direction he disappeared, “I’ll miss you...”
