You are surprised to see Jongdae's face near you by the time the sun had risen. You nearly screamed and grabbed the nearest object within your reach to smack his face if it weren't for your fast realization that it was Jongdae, not some stranger who found staring at people sleeping amusing.

"You scared the hell out of me," you scolded Jongdae, slapping his arm lightly.

Jongdae only smiled. "Guess what? I have something for you."

"What is it this time?"

Jongdae gave a 10-second pause before displaying what he had bought for you. When he did, your eyes widened at the sight of black roses on his hands. You recalled how you told him your favorite color was black that one Sunday afternoon when he asked you about it. You demanded to know what he was thinking, but you never exactly knew he was going to get you a bouquet of black roses.

"Ugh! You stupid guy! Just because my favorite color is black doesn't mean you're getting me black roses! Black roses meant death, stupid!"
