The lab was started to fill with students' voices once the professor dismissed the class. Some groups of students laughed happily among themselves as they could do their project presentation well while a few groups had gloomy looks as they were worried about their project. DongHae was relieved that he was included in the former. His groupmates were mostly smart which made their presentation went well and he believed that he would get a good grade for this subject. 

"Well done, man! You did a good job as a team leader!"

DongHae glanced at his bestfriend and gave a soft thank-you before he continued his packing.

"You don't have to give me a cold shoulder, DongHae-ah. Am I not your friend anymore?"

The brunette looked at the younger when he sensed the sad tone from him. KyuHyun turned away from his gaze with a sad face, that he hardly gave to his friends. KyuHyun was always cheerful, smart and well...evil. Sadness was not usually seen on his face. But now he saw a gloomy side of him, he couldn't help but to feel uneasy between them. 

"It's not like that. We've been friends since high school so of course you're still my friend. But it's all because of you! If you don't like my HyukJae and stop courting him, we wouldn't be in this situation right now!"

"Your HyukJae? Your? When did he become yours, Lee DongHae? The game is not over yet!"

"See? If you keep on challenging me like this, of course I'll give you a cold shoulder! And I know that it is not over yet. You don't have to remind me again and again, you smart ."

A ringtone broke their little argument. DongHae glared at the other before he took out his phone from his bag. 

Hi! Errr...I just want to know if your class is over. Cause mine is just ended and I don't really feel like going home right now. So, if you want, can you come to cafeteria?

Another message had come shortly after that.

But if you have things on, then that's okay. :)

DongHae smiled proudly at the message before he shoved his phone to his friend's face.

"See? He only contact me, not you. And I'm pretty sure that he'll be mine soon, Cho KyuHyun."

DongHae gave a victory smirk to the younger before he turned towards the door, leaving the guy who was now smiling with satisfaction.

You'll thank me for your whole life for this, Lee DongHae.

"It's failed again? Aish, when can I finish this level?"

The blonde softly scolded himself while pouting at the device on his hand. He had been stuck at this particular level of Angry Bird for a week and constantly failing it everytime he tried. 

Should I ask KyuHyun-hyung for help?

He was quite sure that the older would laugh at him. Angry Bird? And ask Cho KyuHyun, who is so expert in Starcraft? He would just scoff and flick his finger on the screen and ta-da! Next Level!

HyukJae pouted at the thought and was about to press 'Try Again', he felt a pat on his head.

"Did you wait for long?"

HyukJae smiled at the older who was giving him a charming smile as always. He had decided that he wouldn't listen to his brother anymore. He knew that SungMin was doing it for him but he doesn't want to control his feelings towards DongHae. Now that he sensed that the brunette also had mutual feelings for him, why would he ignore him? That's exactly what he wanted and he would simply love the attention and affection from DongHae.

"Nope. It's only 10 minutes."

"What are you doing?"

DongHae leant towards him to see the screen of his phone. The closeness made his heartbeat faster and his cheeks warm but HyukJae didn't move away, simply because he didn't want to.

"Nothing special. Just playing the usual game again. Ermmm...by the way, sorry for yesterday."

HyukJae changed the subject before the brunette noticed his blushing face. DongHae looked at him confusedly while tilting his head slightly, encouraging him to go on.

"I mean sorry for my brother's behaviour. And sorry for ruining our....err...you know...."

"Date?"

"Yeah. Our date."

HyukJae bit his lips shyly as he said out those words while DongHae smiled lovingly at the blushing creature in front of him. He just couldn't stop staring at the blonde as HyukJae was always so cute when he was shy. And the fact that he himself didn't know his cuteness makes him cuter.

"That's alright. You can make it up today."

"Today? You mean now?"

"Yeah. We can continue our date now. I mean if you don't mind..."

"Of course I don't mind!"

DongHae chuckled at the younger excitement. He quickly took out his phone and surfed the net for the activity that they could do for their date.

"So what should we do? Movie? No, we've just watched yesterday. Arcade? Too noisy. Window shopping? Too boring. Ehmmm let's see...."

HyukJae smiled at the brunette who was answering his own questions while frowning handsomely.

Oh please! I'm so whipped that I always think DongHae is handsome whatever he does.

"Aha! I've found one!"

"What is it?"

The blonde was about to lean in to see the screen but DongHae quickly kept his phone back inside his pocket. He grinned mysteriously at the younger's confused face.

"You'll know when we get there. And I'm sure you'll like it."

"Can't I know it now?"

"Nope. You did the same thing to me yesterday. Now it's my turn to make your surprise!"

"Fine! Let's go then. I can't wait for your so-called surprise."

"Wait a minute! Did you tell your Hyung? I mean we might be a bit late and I don't want him to scold you again because of me."

OMG! He's worried about me! So sweet!

"I can send him a message and say that I'll be late because of an assignment or something."

"Wow. You've become a naughty boy? Disobeying your hyung..."

HyukJae grinned at the new adjective for him. He had never been called naughty. He had always been called cute, adorable, funny, etc..all the good ones. Being naughty is not a good thing but he really doesn't mind if DongHae is the one who called him that.

Yes, I've been disobeying my hyung this whole time. Sorry SungMin hyung~ I'll be better next time.

"Are you sure we're doing this?"

HyukJae looked at the brunette who was sitting at the bench while putting the ice skates on. He pouted and looked down at the pair he was holding before he glanced worriedly at the rink. A soft 'ouch' was said unconciously when he saw a boy who looks much younger than him fell down on the ice. 

"I don't think I will like it."

DongHae stood up excitedly after he had put on the ice skates. When he saw that the blonde was still standing with his pair of ice skates in his hands while looking at the falling people with painful face, he couldn't help but to chuckled at his expression.

"Hey, don't worry too much. It won't be so painful."

"What? Not painful? It's an ice rink! Ice! Of course it will be painful when I fall down on it. I can feel the pain just by looking at them."

"But nobody is crying."

HyukJae turned to the older, looking interestingly at his words.

"Do you see that kid? I can't even count how many times he fell down and yet he didn't cry. He just smiles and stands up again. It's because it's fun! And you got me who can skate exceptionally well. So don't worry, I'll hold you. And don't be scared to fall down because it's no pain no gain. You'll know how fun the ice skating is after this."

HyukJae breathed deeply before nodded. 

"Okay. No pain no gain. But if I don't gain anything from this, you'll be in pain."

"Ouch! That hurts." DongHae held his chest with painful act before he smiled. Then he took the ice skates from the other's hands and led the blonde to sit at the bench. 

When HyukJae was all equipped, the brunette stood up first before he held the younger's hand firmly.

"Don't worry. You have me."

It was such a sweet phrase but HyukJae has no time to blush as he tried to hold the other's hand while trying to keep his balance on the sharp edges of his skates. DongHae slowly led him towards the rink, letting him feel the surface of the ice. 

"Don't you dare let me go, Lee DongHae!"

"Wow...this is the first time you called me by my full name."

"I just can't help it! I always called people with full name when I'm scared, okay?"

"That's fine. And don't be scared. Nothing to be scared when I'm with you."

HyukJae looked at their both hands, holding tightly while DongHae was just in front of him. He stared at the other's eyes and smiled back at him when he saw sincerity in them. DongHae let him slowly move forward. He lost his balance quite a lot of time but the brunette was there to hold him. There was once HyukJae was almost falling down, but DongHae quickly held his waist, preventing him from falling down. His heart started to beat faster not because it was scary but because he was too close to the older. And the hand on the waist was not helping him at all. 

"You okay?"

"Err...y-yeah. I-I'm okay."

The blonde moved away from the closeness before his whole face turned tomato. He looked down shyly at the icy surface when he noticed that DongHae was staring at him with a handsome smile on his lips. 

"You're beautiful."

HyukJae looked up at him. 

Am I dreaming? Or is he saying what I think he's saying?

"W-What?"

"I said you're beautiful."

HyukJae was lost of words. He couldn't reply and he knew that his cheeks were turning pink. DongHae moved towards him, caressing his warm cheek with his hand while staring with his beautiful brown ords that HyukJae loves so much. He couldn't stop himself but to drown into those eyes.

"I---"

DongHae couldn't even say a word as he felt a sudden push at his back, causing him to lose his balance and fell onto the blonde. 

"Ahh!"
