I couldn’t say anything. I think my life was scripted from the start. I wondered if there were hidden cameras lurking around the corner and then after a while, when I start to cry, the director would just puff out from somewhere and he’d tell me I was fooled. I felt like I was playing the role of the helpless girl who marries this rich, arrogant guy who helps my family survive this crisis. My life was following a certain pattern and I didn’t know where I was headed.
