Why With Him ?
-No One’s POV-
-Tomorrow morning, at Yoseob’s house-
Yoseob was already came back from Hani’s house.
His umma really thanked her a lot.
When breakfast…
“Gikwang, do you know Hani well by any chance ?” Yoseob’s umma asked.
Yoseob gritted his teeth.
*Why with me ? Why am I gritting my teeth when umma asked Gikwang that ?* Yoseob asked himself in his thought.
Gikwang took a sip of his juice.
“Not so well. She’s my girlfriend’s friend.” Gikwang said, munching his breakfast.
“Really ? Okay then.” Yoseob’s umma nodded.
“Wae ?” Yoseob’s appa asked.
“I think… I’ve found Yoseob’s future girlfriend.” His umma said and looked at Yoseob.
Yoseob choked his breakfast and coughed.
“MWO ?! UMMA !” He shouted.
“Why ? She’s okay. She’s kind, polite, helpful, pretty, lovely, LOVABLE and also, LOVING !” His umma said.
“But, why her ?” Yoseob said, drinking his juice too.
“Because I like her. You don’t, adeul ?”
Yoseob bite his lower lips, not knowing what to say.
He likes Hani, but he just doesn’t know if he likes her as a friend or more than that.
“Oh, is someone IN LOVE ?!?!?!” Gikwang shouted while elbowing Yoseob, making Yoseob to lose his balance and fell from the chair.
“Annyeonghaseyo ! Ahjumma, ahjussi ! Pardon me ?” A girl’s voice was heard from outside the door.
*Hani.* Yoseob thought and quickly got up.
He ran to the door and welcomed Hani.
Yeah, he will always be the one answering the door.
He used to do that.
He opened the door.
“Annyeong.” He bowed.
“Annyeong, Yoseob ! Is your umma in ?” Hani asked.
“Nae.” He nodded.
He opened the door wider and let Hani see his umma.
“Annyeonghaseyo, ahjumma. I bought some cookies for you.” Hani bowed and showed a cute yellow container in her right hand.
“Omo ! How thoughtful of you, Hani. Kamsa.” Yoseob’s umma got up and took the container.
“Who made this ?” She asked Hani, while the others just sat at the dining table.
“It’s me. It’s my first time making cookies and since my parents ate already, I thought you will like the cookies.” Hani explained and smiled at Yoseob’s appa.
“Oh ! It will be great ! Did you jogged to come here ?” Yoseob’s umma said, realising that Hani was sweating.
“Oh, nae. Hehe, I decided to jog since today is school holiday.”
“Okay. Now, let me try this.”
Yoseob’s umma gave one of the cookies to Yoseob.
The two ate the cookies.
“Where’s mine !?!?!?” Gikwang and Yoseob’s appa said/whined in unison.
“Hahaha ! You two, eat after this. Hani !!!” Yoseob’s umma yelled making Hani to flinch a bit.
“This is sooooo good !, Right, Yoseob ?” His umma asked.
Yoseob just nodded and smiled.
“Thanks, enjoy the cookies, nae ! I’ll go back home now, annyeonghaseyo.” Hani bowed and went outside the house.
-Hani’s POV-
Waa !
I’m so relieved that my cookies are okay.
I still remember when I was at Shanghai, with my best friend or more like fake brother I must say, Hwang Minhyun.
He’s just SO and VERY protective.
I remembered when I made cookies for him.
He even took away all the knives from the kitchen.
Am I a child or what !?
“Annyeong.” Someone said from behind.
I turned back and saw…
Yoseob.
“Oh, annyeong ! Aren’t you eating with your family ?” I asked him.
“Eating while being teased isn’t good at all.” He said, smiling a bit.
I chuckled.
“Is it Gikwang who teased you ?” I asked.
“All.” He said.
“All !? Including your parents ?” I widened my eyes.
He nodded.
“Thanks.” Yoseob suddenly said.
I raised my brow.
“Why with that thanks ?” I asked.
“Because… urr…”
“Tell me, why ?”
“Because allowing me to… sleep at you house.” His face turned red.
Hahaha !
Maybe he’s embarrassed.
No need to.
“Oh, it’s okay. You can come again if you want.” I said.
Yoseob just smiled.
“Really ?”
“Nae ! Of course. You can come to my house right now, I know you want to avoid from being teased, right ?” I said, playing with my brows.
“Okay then.” Yoseob agreed.
“Yay ! Let’s go !” I said, runnig towards the road happily.
Yoseob just walked leisurely or should I say, slowly.
I ran happily, not noticing a car was coming to me.
The car was so fast.
But when I noticed, the car just hitted me.
I was on the ground, but my head was on someone’s arm.
It’s Yoseob.
“Hani ! Hani ! HANI !!! Yah ! Wake up !” He shouted.
Then, I just out.
