"It's only the first day and I'm already freaking bored." Jessica whined.

"I don't know about you but I enjoyed Defense against the Dark Arts." Sooyoung smirked.

"Of course you did, you were flirting endlessly with Hyoyeon." Yuri rolled her eyes.

"You're one to talk." Sooyoung interjected. "You were the one who was eyeing Yoona the moment we entered the room."

Jessica laughed out loud at that. Well, it's not a normal day for the Slytherin fifth years if none of the trio were bickering. It's sort of their charm, the constant arguments.

"So what's our next class?" Jessica asked. Sooyoung and Yuri stopped their glaring contest and looked at Jessica. Sooyoung took out a piece of parchment from her pocket.

"It says here that we've got Herbology with the Hufflepuffs."

"Ugh." Jessica groaned. "Of all the classes that we can have with the Hufflepuffs, it had to be Herbology."

"What's your problem with Hufflepuffs and Herbology?" Yuri asked.

"Professor Longbottom makes us partner up with students from other houses." Jessica stated like it's the most obvious answer.

"So?" Sooyoung asked, confused.

"Hufflepuffs are annoying." Jessica simply said.

"They're pretty nice. I mean some of them are sort of dense but they're not really annoying." Yuri countered.

"They are annoying! They're nosy and they smile too much. They're too weird for my liking." Jessica huffed.

Jessica has a little problem with other houses. Although blood status is not so much of an issue nowadays, she finds it hard to mingle with people who are well, not pureblood. Jessica was brought up to believe that Slytherin is the superior house since everyone in her family has been in Slytherin. It's only recently that she was able to talk to Gryffindors without contempt. If it weren't for Sooyoung and Yuri's persuasion, Jessica would've never hung out with any Gryffindor. She still gets annoyed with Taeyeon once in awhile but Hyoyeon and Yoona's pretty cool.

"Well, they're better than Ravenclaws." Sooyoung countered.  "At least Hufflepuffs aren't know-it-alls."
