She quickly sat at her desk without saying any word to her co-workers and  sighed heavily. She knew that this case is not like her other cases she had handled.

Firstly because it's involve too many targetss, including her own boss which is also in a serious danger.

Second, the criminals are profesional killers. She's lucky to have Siwon and Donghae in her team, both of them are really good in fighting and gunshooting. They are the one who managed to arrest the 2 killers in their previous cases.

And lastly because this case might related to one of her bestfriend. To make it worse, her said friend is a gang's leader. She knew this fact few years later after befriend with Yoona, that she was the next heir to be a gang's leader.

The gang is not a mere group, they are more than that. They has many illegal activities, drugs, underground business, contraband, you just name it.

But they really hate 2 things, traitors and murderers, thanks to Yoona's effort. She manage to lead her gang and becomes one of the most influential gang in South and North Korea, and also in Japan.

Her boss, Director Oh also knew Yoona really well since he was her late father's bestfriend. He has keep it as a secret from the superiors because of Sooyoung's request and aegyo. XD

He knew some of her friends except Taeyeon since her other friend, is really secretive. She barely showed up in any of their meeting but they still shared many things and become friend with Yoona too.

Flashback

"Aaahhh...."

A little girl stumbled down after being pushed by a boy around her age. There are 3-4 boys cornering the poor girl at a playground. There are no teachers or adults around, just some children who'd only watched the scene unfolded.

They also scared of the bullies, so they are not doing anything about it. The teachers might be too far and they don't want to be the next victim.

"That's for making us being punished by our parents. If you didn't interfered, they didn't even know about what we had did" shouted one of the bullies while the others keep yelling and hitting the girl. 

Few weeks before, the teachers had reported that some of the school's money had been stolen. The culprit is unknown untill the girl briliantly managed to discover the culprits. (Yes, she was a genius preshooler. haha, mind you)

As the result, the culprits which are the boys being punished and suspended by the school management while their parents had grounded them and not allowed them to play around freely like before.

Look like they had finished their punishment and put a revenge on the genius girl who is responsible for revealed them.

The girl tried to fight but she can't defend herself against 4 boys.

"Hey, stop it, you bullies!" suddenly a girl in their age shouted with her loud voice

"Well, well, it is the shorty. You are loud, you know?"  an ugly looking boy said while he laughed 

Its indeed makes the short  girl more angry. She ran toward the boys and kicked one of them at his stomach.

The other bullies got shocked by the sudden attack and tried to attack the girl who'd just attacked their leader.

"Ooouucch..."  one of the boys fall down suddenly while holding onto his injured leg

They look at the attacker, a deer-like girl with a weird ponytail.

"Hey, isn't that the weird girl. What are you doing?" said one of bullies

"Nothing, i just feel like to hit someone and you guys are the perfect one" the girl smiled sweetly while swinging the stick she's holding carelessly

The boys shivered and some of them pissed in their pants after they heard the girl statement and quickly make a run for it. The girl has a death aura hiding behind her supposed to be sweet smile.

"Hey, are you all right" asked the previous loud girl

"Yeah, we are suppose to stop them earlier but i had to finish my lunch first" said the other girl while she smiled

"....... Thanks, i guess" the beaten up girl get up slowly while raising her eyes at the girl 's carelessness

"She's indeed a weird one...." the other two girls thought

"My name is Im Yoona, what's your's?" the weird girl asked while shaking the nerdy girl's hand

"Umm.. Choi Sooyoung" she said and still freaks out by the girl

Sooyoung and Yoona glanced at the loud girl since she just looking at their interaction and didn't introduced herself

"I'm not going to introduce myself, bye"

"What? Why?! You're my hero. I want to know my saviour's name" Sooyoung steps in front the girl

"...It's just i don't want to. That's all" she answered

"Huh, it's weird. I like to introduce myself and makes friends but people still doesn't want to befriend with me" Yoona wondered loudly and got weird stares from both girls

"What?? I'm just saying. Since both of you are weird too, i thought we can be friends" she shrugged 

"Friends??..." the unknown girl thought and staring at Yoona and Sooyoung

"Kim Taeyeon" she said after a long stare and silent moment

"Eh?? What did you say?" Sooyoung said, still stand in front of the girl

"My name is Kim Taeyeon. Let's be friends"

Flashback end

Their first meeting indeed really weird from other person point of view but for Sooyoung it is one of her most precious memories.

Each one of them have different personalities, Sooyoung was a nerd kid and obsess with investigation and mystery. Yoona is a strong girl and knows various martial arts especially judo and kendo.

Taeyeon was strong too, expertise in fist fight but rarely shows it up and prefer to be silent all the time. But she became a loud and cheerful person when there were just three of them. She's like their unofficial leader with Sooyoung as the adviser and Yoona as the fighter.

Sooyoung managed to hide her relation with Yoona from her co-workers and also with Taeyeon from the Director since Taeyeon had requested for it. The reason why she'd asked her to hide their friendship from her father's bestfriend is still unknown to her.

"I must solves this case before they decide to change their mind. I don't want Yoona to get a false accusation" she said to herself with determination in her eyes

Unknown to her, a pair of sharp eyes had been watching every single moves she makes. The eyes are full of anger and revenge towards the detective that is still deeply thinking, oblivious to the person's evil plan..
