Chapter 10

Author's POV

Jinri and Kris arrived at the new restaurant in Apgujeong. It was a building that has 2 stories.

"Is this the restaurant?" Jinri asked Kris

Kris checked his phone and looked out at the restaurant and nodded "Yup, this is the address my friend gave me. Plus by the look of it, it seems pretty new.'' he said

Jinri and Kris got out of the car and headed inside the restaurant.

"I'll be back. Just stay here I'm gonna look for my friend.'' Kris said to Jinri

Jinri just nodded as she sat on the chair and played with her phone.

Meanwhile Kris went around to look for Changmin, but he didn't see any sight of him and he thought that he's still not around and will probably be here later tonight.

Jinri who was just sitting down heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Jinri!" she slowly turned her head and to her surprise Changmin who was wearing a jean polo shirt that's tucked in a white skinny jeans and paired with dress shoes.

Jinri stood up from her seat "Omo, Changmin-ssi what a coincidence that I met you here.'' 

Changmin approached Jinri "I'm glad you could come, where's Eunji?" he asked

Jinri was bewildered with Changmin's question "Excuse me? Eunji? Wait hold up, is this your friends new restaurant?" she asked

Changmin chuckled and nodded "Yup, Jaejoong's new restaurant. Isn't it nice?''

Jinri nodded and facepalmed herself.

"Jinri-ah~" she heard Kris's voice and Kris simply s his arms around Jinri's waist and pulled her closer.

Kris smiled at Changmin "I guess you already met my beautiful wife, this is Jinri and Jinri this is Changmin my business partner.'' he introduced

Changmin's eyes budged out and he couldn't believe that the girl who he's attracted to is actually married.

Jinri bit her lip and smiled towards Changmin, the tall man who was standing in front of them was just totally surprised at the news.

"Changmin are you alright?" Kris asked

Changmin realized it and nodded "Yeah I'm fine. I better get going and meet up with Jaejoong and the rest of them. I'll talk to you guys later, just go eat.''  with that said Changmin walked away

Jinri tilted  her head in confusion in why Changmin was suddenly acting like that.

Changmin's POV

I went in the back of the restaurant and my heart was beating rapidly and my heart was cleching, I never knew she was married. How can I not know, no wonder I've been noticing that ring on her finger. I thought it was just some fashion ring, but I was wrong.

"Yo. Are you alright?" I turned to see Yunho

I nodded "Yeah, I'm fine.''

Yunho patted my back "Eunji is inside, plus I never knew Jinri came and she's with a tall man.''

I sighed "I know that's her husband.'' my face fell

"What? The ever baby face Jinri has a husband? She's married?" Yunho asked with a shock tone

I nodded, Yunho went beside me and shook his head "No wonder she's blooming. You know what they say when you're married your face is blooming.'' he sighed

"Well you better get going inside. I'm hungry, aren't you?" he asked

I shook my head "I think I'm fine. You better go inside, I'll be there.'' I told him, Yunho bid me a goodbye and went back inside.

Jinri's POV

I was observing the place and tried looking for Changmin with my eyes but he wasn't seen. I could see Yunho, Yoochun, Jaejoong and Junsu but he's not around. I have the urge to go ask them where he is.

"Are you alright?" I snapped out of my thoughts when Kris held onto my hand and asked

I nodded "Yeah I'm fine. No worries, just hungry.'' I said

"Well they're serving the food soon. I'm hungry too.'' he replied

Why was Changmin looking like that? His face fell, his smiling face became a frown when Kris came in. Plus what shocked me is that Kris knows Changmin and they work together. 

I stood up from my chair "Where are you going?" Kris asked

I looked at him "I just need to go to the bathroom. I'll be back.'' I told him, he just nodded and I walked away.

I lied I wasn't going to the bathroom instead I went to search for Changmin, I went around the restaurant and also went to the second floor but he wasn't found. 

While walking I was staring straight down and I accidentally bumped into someone causing me to fall on the ground and make a thud noice.

"Owwwww.'' 

I looked up and saw Changmin with a worried face, he helped me up and asked "Are you alright?"

I nodded "Where were you?"

He looked around before answering "I was just outside to get some fresh air, where are you going?"

I bit my inner cheek "Well. I was sorta-''

"Jinri-ah.'' I turned around to see Kris and he stormed towards me and Changmin's way

"I was looking everywhere for you. You've been gone for 10 minutes, I was worried something might have happened to you. Where did you go? I thought you just went to the bathroom.'' Kris said

I blinked my eyes a couple of times "I was just looking around the restaurant.'' I lied

Why am I suddenly lying to Kris?

"Changmin, your friends are looking for you and Jinri the food arrived. Didn't you say you were hungry.'' Kris said

I nodded and looked at Changmin and smiled at him before following Kris out.

Omg @ my embarrassing mistake, I was so sleepy at that time & I was thinking of Jaejoong since this story has a cameo of the DBSK boys. Omg, I'm really sorry about that stupid mistake. Thanks for telling me though, I already fixed it. /bows

Anyways.... Here's a short update.... I sorta pity Changmin in this story. LOL
