Another rainy day came, and you came running to me again. Your face showed no signs of happiness. She doesn’t like you, even after all you had done for her, you said, feeling disappointed.

I suddenly felt my heart being lifted up, and my face lit up again. I still stand a chance, do I? But I shuddered at the thought that I was celebrating over something that had upset you, and I quickly dismissed the thought of it.

“It’s alright,” I hung an arm around him. “You still have me,” I whispered this part.

“I’m glad you’re here,” You flashed me your old smile and whispered back. You pointed to the rain outside the classroom and said,” Look, it’s raining again.”

Sometimes, I wished we could just stay like this forever, watching the rain, just the two of us.
