Chanyeol's POV

I'm late... AGAIN. I glanced at my watch. It was already 7.30am. I shouldn't have stopped by the cafe earlier... Sipping out of my latte, I walked calmly towards the Bubble Tea store, gradually hastening. I worked part time there on weekends when I didn't have school, to make some extra money. It's not really the worst job ever but it could get annoying sometimes. Unknowingly, I bumped into someone, spilling my latte on him.

“I'm so sorry” I told him apologetically, trying to wipe off the coffee stain on his shirt. He turned around, flashing a smile at me while assuring me it's okay. My heart stopped the moment he looked up. He had brown, straight hair with a fringe that slung across his forehead, just above his eyebrows and his face was so small that I felt tempted to squish it. He had fair complexion and his huge, black eyes shimmered in the daylight. I was captivated by his beauty.

“I'll just get this off later” His smile was simply stunning. I nodded, offering to pay for it. He simply waved it off and ran away in a hurry. I squealed in delight when he was out of sight,never have I seen such a beautiful face before. ... I'm even later!! 7.45am... I rushed off to the store.

“Why are you so happy today Channie?” Sehun, one of the regulars and my classmate in school, asked. He usually came here with his “friend”, Luhan. Luhan was a few years older than us but studied in the same school. They wouldn't admit they were together but if you ask me, it was super obvious.

“Mind your own business Sehun. Don't you have Luhan to bother? Idiot... I wonder how he even puts up with you” I teased, smirking. Sehun was taken aback, not sure how to respond to my comment. It was one of those times when there wasn't many customers so I would just chat away with him.

Luhan, who was eavesdropping, blushed different shades of red. He then tugged onto Sehun's hand, linking fingers.

“Anyway... After your shift, I was wondering if you would come over. I just moved out of the crappy apartment and upgraded to a new one. The lanlord's really nice, and cute too” He joked, making Luhan cringe in jealousy. I nudged at him and grabbed my jacket.

When we reached, we were greeted by a huge mansion with a small backyard garden. Luhan and Sehun dragged me in the house, showing me around.

“So this is my room” He led me to a room to the left of the corridor. It was about the size of my apartment. I lived alone ever since my parents kicked me out, saying I relied too much on their salary. Luhan jumped into the bed, playing around with the toys surrounding it. Most of them were actually given by him. Sehun soon joined in as they both started running around the room.

“I'm gonna get a drink” I told them, reminding them of my existence. They shyly nodded and led me out. Frankly, I would try to get out of awkward situations like what happened just now so it would be less... Awkward.

As I was pouring some water into the glass cup, I heard footsteps coming towards the door. Must be the landlord... Being the social and communicative person I was, I took initiative to open the door.

“Sehun-ah~ I'm back” That voice sounded so familiar, like I heard it before... As I slowly peeked out the door, I was stunned. Oh... My... Gosh... That same small face, silky hair and unimaginable beauty.

This is a short chapter, I know, but I want to see your comments on how well received it is first XD Frankly, I'm not that familiar with BaekYeol.
