It is not shown what happened to cause Myungsoo to have an attack. Maybe it was the hurt or anguish that he felt from being rejected (as though he had been fooled to believe that she accepts his feelings and returns them) causing him to end up in that state due to emotional stress. Luckily, Hyemi was there with him at the time so that he could be rushed to the hospital in case experiences an attack relating to his weak heart. Hyemi obviously isn't the easy type. She has to go through with this because it's a deal that he made with her in order to prove himself with Hyemi following his conditions. It seems that Myungsoo has it in his intentions to have a date with Hyemi besides the point that he's grateful for what she'd done for him. He must be falling for her already, which Hyemi has the notion to be right about. Hearing the news of his sister and Myungsoo dating might come as a shock or a surprise to him since he knows that Hyemi doesn't seem to be interested in guys for as long as he's known her. As her older brother, Dabin does have to make sure that Hyemi is in good hands before entrusting her to him.

It's the kind of line that people usually see in romance novels and romantic movies. Even if he did really mean it, she didn't seem to take him seriously because of his playboy reputation. She must've considered the possibility of him using that as a pick-up line to grab her attention. The thought that might've crossed her mind was "two can play this game." She seemed to have him fooled by feigning innocence. It's amusing to see that she has him wrapped around her finger. I thought she'd be smart to not easily fall for someone like him. It's like she was teaching him a lesson on what it's like to be played with. If he really does feel love towards her, he'd experience a sensation like a knife had been stabbed through his heart from hearing that remark coming from her.

I find it interesting how you portray Myungsoo's character in this story. He has a motive behind everything that he does. Although everything seems hopeless to him knowing that his life is short-lived, the one thing that's been making him feel alive is music. It's a good release for him to express himself and vent. This passion has given him a purpose to serve while he's still alive. His character development is something to anticipate. Hyemi may be just the person to change his outlook on life by getting him to see things from her perspective.

The third and the fourth chapters look so similar except the remark made by Hyemi at the end of both. What's up with that? It's like deja vu. Did that really happen in his daydream? That's the only explanation that I can come up with for the similarities.

Seeing the title "Time Limit" makes me think of death. Things that have a limit don't last forever. They're only around for a certain time period until it's time for them to go after its purpose is served. I became interested in this story's theme to see what the plot is like, so I decided to give this fic a chance. It is refreshing to see a story with this kind of content that's written with your originality.

Knowing that his time would eventually be up, Myungsoo looks at life pessimistically and gives up hope. He didn't see how life could be worth living since he won't be around long enough to have his own future like everybody else. Since he doesn't want anybody to be sad because of him when the time comes for him to leave this world, he decided to mistreat and disrespect everybody toprevent them from gettin close to him and treating him with love or kindness. Being hated by others means that they won't be missing him when he dies. This is what he must be thinking psychologically in carrying out such insolent actions. By looking at it deeply to see what's he's like as a person inside, he doesn't seem as bad as what others make him out to be. Hyemi must be referring to his nature by calling him "Ugly Casanova." During their first meeting, she did remark about him being "more than a jerk" and "heartless." He did hurt her best friend, Eunna, deeply without any consideration of her feelings. Since she really did mean it by giving him that name (which is an insult to his ego), there's no taking it back. The truth must've hurt, which is why it's hard for him to accept it. That time, she did have a right to be furious because someone had intentionally hurt one of her loved ones. Though, she's got a point about her tiredness getting the best of her that made her not be in control of herself. It sounds cheesy when Myungsoo said this line to Hyemi, "I've never believed in love, but then I saw you."
