Yuri is suffering a heart failure for almost a month,it get worsen when her father died.She can't get to the fact that she's now alone....

When she was nineteen years old,her mother died because of a car accident during their vacation..and now even her father,that time Yesung is her boyfriend...Yesung decide to marry Yuri at the aged of 24 to prevent loneliness and to start a new life as a family...Meanwhile their first child was born safe and healthy,for the couple it is a relief from heaven that will make them live morehappily..

But one day all the happiness was gone when Yuri collapsed during the 5th birthday of their daughter Seohyun,too much happiness and excitement is the caused for her heart to failed...She was sent to the hospital and hopefully she was revived but after a few days she died..Yesung angd their daughter Seohyun was only left..

after a year Yuri's twins visited her tomb,who was in cahrged to replace Yuri's place of being a woman..
