“Gikwang-ssi?”

He looked up to find the smiling face of Jia. But that wasn’t the first thing he noticed.

“Red hair?” he asked as he opened the door to Starbucks, letting her to enter first. She gave a little bow as she walked passed him into the warmth of the coffee shop. He kept his head down as he fixed his sunglasses and straightened his pea coat.

He’s never been one to be overly cautious about being spotted in public, but seeing Jia walking carefreely towards the counter reminded him of someone that caused a pang to strike his chest.

“How are you doing, Gikwang-ssi?” Jia asked as she stood next to him, waiting for their orders to be finished.

He nodded politely and answered, “I’ve been good. Glad that comeback is over. Just doing variety shows and all.”

Jia nodded.
