So I got this idea while rewatching some old WGM episodes. And since it is currently not airing (because of MBC worker strikes), I started to get more ideas. So this is SBS's version of WGM (in my lovely universe). And instead of celebs getting married to each other, they're gonna get married to normal people like us (because I wanna give us all a chance XD).

I'm not sure where this is gonna go. As of now, there are tiny bits and pieces from a couple dreams that I remembered (with my ideal guy Sulhu lolz), so it's gonna be quite unexpected. :) Lol.

And I'm just curious as to how a relationship between a Chinese Canadian and an Indian American (born in India but brought up in America) would be. ^^ Lol.... ummmm.... yeah..... Let's see how long I can keep this up... >3<

UPDATE! Here's a preview, because I'm feeling nice XD: 

The news rippled throughout the nation. The number of SNS messages with it as the topic was rising exponentionally, with no signs of stopping. The news: MBC will discontinue it's very syndicated series, "We Got Married", and SBS will take over, adding it's own flavors. The result: during the pilot episode of the broadcast, the viewer ratings started at 50%.

And that, my dear, is where we will begin the story.

As the background music played, the four MCs walked onstage. "Welcome everyone!"

"Do you know what is so exciting?" asked Shin Young.

"Our relationship?" Boom replied, earning a few punches from his fellow MCs.

"No, no," Jae Suk added, bringing the announcing back on track, "WE are starting a new version of 'We Got Married'. It's an idol-student version. In it, an idol and a college student will be married."

Park Myung Soo added, "Since the anticipation is so high as to who our first couple will be, let's get started right away."

"Yes, this couple ... it's an interesting one," started Shin Young.

"Like us?" Boom smiled, only to fall onto the floor, holding his leg in pain.

"As I was saying," Shin Young said rather pointedly, "this couple is quite interesting. Let's start with the introductions. He is the leader of a very talented and popular boy group and cang speak 4 languages. We are so happy and honored to have him as our first male guest, especially because of his busy schedule." The live audience grew louder, putting two and two together. "Please let me finish the introductions, okay?" Shin Young asked, continuing with the audience's consent. "And she is from America, is doing her masters at KAIST - woah, she must be very smart! And she can also speak 4 languages."

Boom announced in his reverberating voice, "Please welcome our first couple!"

Screams, shouts, and squeals filled the studio as they walked onstage. The first thing the audience noticed was the height difference; it was a good 30 cm. The second thing they noticed is the female's skin; it was slightly darker than his, giving her a very exotic feel. (A/N: Lol, that pun was unintentional>3<)

Jae Suk addressed the male first. "He is the leader of EXO-M, Kris-shi! Welcome!"

"Nice to meet you. I'm EXO-M's duizhang, Kris," he bowed, as protocol called fro in Korea.

Jae Suk then turned to the female. "She is studying genetics at KAIST and plans on becoming a researcher, Amulya!"

"Nice to meet you. I'm Amulya," she also bowed.

Some squeals still resonated throughout the studio, but the majority of the audience quieted down, still curious as to who the female was.

Shin Young started, "So both of you can speak 4 languages. Which ones do you have in common?"

Kris glanced down at his "wife". "Obviously Korean, but we both speak English as well."

"Yeah, but since Kris ge speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, and I speak French and Hindi, it can get a little interesting." Amulya added, a twinkle clearly shining in her eyes.

"So does that mean that Kris insults her in Mandarin and Cantonese, while Amulya insults him in French and Hindi? When you're mad?" Park Myung Soo asked, resulting in a couple of "boos" from the crowd. "Hey I'm just curious!" he defended.

Amulya glanced up, meeting Kris's eyes, only to glance down, with a blush softly kissing her cheeks. "Um, we've never reached that point yet. But I guess it could happen?" She laughed softly, "I don't want that to happen though." Kris gave a slight chuckle, one that didnt' go unnoticed by the fans, as the audience - both live and not - continued to scrutinize the new couple. 

Boom asked, "Kris-shi, what was your first impression of Amulya-shi?" 

Kris looked down at her, clearly contemplating the question. "Well, the first thing I thought was 'Wow, she is short,'" drawing laughter from the audience and a soft punch from the subject of the conversation. "But then, I realized that she has a confident aura around her, which was very cool." 

Boom asked the same question, only now it was directed at Amulya. "Um," she paused, "I first thought that he looked pissed off because of his expressionless face. But the way his eyes crinkle up when he smiles changed that image of him entirely." She looked over to the fans, "He's always like this right?" That earned a loud "YES" that resonated throughout the entire building, and another soft laugh from Amulya. 

"Okay then," Shin Young announced, "Shall we watch their first meeting?" And with that, the video started playing.
