School ended and you were walking home as usual.

Your mind somehow floated to ZE:A.

‘Serves them right, treating me like . They should do their own ing chores.’ You thought.

You walked past the street that led to their hideout.

You saw a few of them exit the hideout and walk down the street.

You paused to look at them.

It was Minwoo, Dongjun, and Hyungsik.

They looked at you, freezing in spot.

“Isn’t that _____?” Minwoo pointed out.

You smirked at them.

“Look at her uniform.” Hyungsik pointed to your not well-dressed uniform.

Dongjun ran to you.

You smirked and started sprinting, but he was faster and caught up with you.

He snatched your wrist and forced you to look at him in the eye.

You smirked at him. “What?”

Visually, you looked like a bad girl that didn’t give a crap about anyone.

But deep in your heart, you were still a bit scared of him.

He was the maknae of ZE:A, but he had muscles that scared you.

“What’s wrong with you?” Dongjun glared you with his icy glare.

You felt yourself freezing in his glare but remembering that you were supposed to be strong, you rebelled to his glare.

“Nothing, just felt like changing.” You managed to form out. If it was another guy from another gang, you would have probably swore the heck out of them.

“Oh really?” He leaned in.

Normally, you would back up as fast as possible, but to prove you were a bad girl, you leaned your face toward him.

His face was millimeters away from yours.

Visually, you still had a smirk slapped on your face.

But your heart was thumping like crazy.

Seeing such a response, he leaned in and kissed you.

Your eyes widened but you tried to keep it normal size.

It was your first kiss and a guy you barely knew took it away.

You pushed him away and wiped your lips.

You wanted to scold him for taking your first kiss, instead, you smirked and said, “You took my first kiss.”

There was an awkward silence.

“If you’re smart, you better tell me the truth now.” Dongjun continued smirking. “If you don’t tell me, I’ll find out myself. If I find out, I’ll use it and torture you.”

You gulped at his warning. You wanted to fall into his hold and spill out all the beans. It was really hard for you to keep this BIG secret in your SMALL heart.

You took a deep breath.

You turned around to see no one around.

“If I tell you, you promise not tell anyone?” You looked at him, not hopelessly, but a mix of pain, confusion, and stressful.

He softened. “Sure.” He tried to sound as casual as he could.

In one moment, you spilled out all the beans to him.

You imagined he would laugh and tell everyone, but he was listening and nodding the whole time.

“Seems like Black Hearts is trying to get you. They’re dangerous you know.” Dongjun commented.

“I know… and I thought you guys were gonna harm me…” You replied.

“I won’t, but I don’t know about the rest of your group and the other two gangs.”

You sighed. “Thanks for listening.” You walked away.

Dongjun watched as your shadow disappeared.

He had an urge to tell his hyungs, but he remembered the promise he made.

‘Wait! I’m gonna tell my hyungs!’ Dongjun thought.

He only wanted the truth, not to care about you.

But a strand of guilt held him back.

A flashback of your sadness and confusion filled eyes pulled his back.

‘What is wrong with me?’ He thought, running his fingers through his hair.

“I want to help you ______, but how?” Dongjun said aloud.

‘OMG! I can’t believe I told him!’ You thought, mentally slapping yourself three million times.

You regretted telling him… a little bit.

You entered your broken apartment.

You sighed. ‘I hate my broken life…’ You thought as you collapsed onto the couch.

You were like broken into pieces.

You lay on your couch, lifelessly for a few minutes.

Suddenly, your phone vibrated, signaling that you received a text.

You slowly got up and glanced at your phone.

‘I’m outside. Open the door now.’ The text said.

Assuming that it was Dongjun or another guy from the gangs, you went to open the door without second thought.

You opened the door and you saw a mob of men in suits outside.

“Take her.” The guy inside the car signaled his other men.

Your eyes widened and you tried to close the door.

But they were too fast.

They caught you and clamped a white cloth over your mouth.

You vision became blurry and you fainted.
