“From your five years of relationships, were there any third parties involved?” The host was expecting a pregnant pause, but Chaerin answered a fast “Yes.”

Everybody in the studio gasped at the comment. G-Dragon only bowed with a sorry-looking smile in his lips. Kim Xaki hurriedly asked the female leader to elaborate more. “Would you mind if we ask the name of the third party?”

“All of our fans is the third party.” CL immediately and innocently added which earned a sigh of relief from the entire studio and maybe to all of those who are watching from their homes. “You also enjoy trolling us, don’t you Chaerin-ssi?” Kim Xaki asked. CL and GD just laughed and nodded.

“But, Jiyong-ssi?” Kim Xaki called the male rapper. “What will you do if there actually is a third party in your relationship?”

CL just looked at her boyfriend, also eager to hear his answer. Jiyong just weighed the question for a while before answering, “I’ll just have to ask for her choice then.” He said that in a cool voice yet everybody could hear the sadness in it.

“So does that mean you love her enough to let her go?” Kim Xaki asked. “Ani. I love her enough to not even think about that.”

Everybody sighed at his answer, some squealed, Kim Xaki was amazed on how truthfully he answered that and his girl? Let’s just say that she had this smitten smile while trying to bow her head so low attempting to hide her tomato red face with her fringe.

“Look at what you did to the audience, Jiyong-ssi!” Kim Xaki asked as she pointed at the still-awing audience. “Chaerin-ssi, please hold your guy tightely when you leave. He might get snatched from you.” Kim Xaki said as the leaders and the studio laughed. “Oh I have no worries about him getting snatched.” CL answered. “Eh? Wae?” Kim Xaki and GD looked at the female rapper who was already smiling slyly.

“As you see, Jingyo-oppa runs pretty fast, that’s why I’m sure that he’s safe.” CL answered as the audience, yet  again, laughed at her answer. “You can look back at the Big Bang MV’s as proof.”

During the high of everybody’s laughter, Kim Xaki heard her director mention her cue that it was now time for another serious question.

“Since there is clearly no third parties involve of your relationship, was there a time where the last solution was to break up?” She asked the leaders. “You’re both renowned idols of the industry and also leaders of successful groups, Big Bang and 2NE1 so, was there a time where in everything was just so messy that breaking up was the only thing left?”

At the shift of the scenery, the female leader looked down again but this time, her face wasn’t red nor her lips formed a smile. G-Dragon only looked at his better half and assured her with a squeeze on their intertwined hands.

Kim Xaki was about to skip the topic since both her guests were obviously sensitive with the sudden topic when G-Dragon looked up at her again and said, “Deh—during the scandal.”

“Ah, we have heard about that.” Kim Xaki nodded as she waited for G-Dragon to continue on his explanation.

“That time was probably the hardest yet educational part of our relationship.” He said as his other hand held their already intertwined hands. “I was so depressed during those times. As you see, I don’t like being comforted because it makes me feel weaker than I already am.

“She was promoting with the 2NE1 girls back there and somehow realizing that she was busy made me relax.” He said as Kim Xaki asked him why he felt relaxed when his girl wasn’t beside him to comfort him. “I wanted to build myself again, I wanted to be alone and contemplate on my mistakes and the best solutions for it. But she keeps on calling or visits me every night in my apartment just to check on me or cook me meals.

“She never missed a day; even how much busy she was or how late her schedule; she made it a point to visit me. And somehow it irritated me.” G-Dragon said before looking at CL who now looked back at the camera with teary eyes. No, the female wasn’t crying but her eyes were already glassy with yet to release tears. “I’m not the type of guy who would initiate a break up so one night, I purposely made her angry. I started on how sour her cooking was, then I questioned her capabilities as a leader.”

“Omo, isn’t that a low blow, Jiyong-ssi?” Kim Xaki asked as the male nodded in agreement.

“I told her that staying all night with me will just make her tardy and ruin the entire prod of 2NE1. But she wouldn’t budge so I had to walk out to my room. I just leaned on the door for a few minutes, waiting for a sign that she left but all I heard was her talking to me on the other side of the door.

“She told me that maybe I was right. That maybe we both needed time and space and that a break up sounded nice considering both our states right at that moment. Somehow—” He paused and the hand that was holding the marriage of their hands fisted and touched his chest. “I felt a certain weight in my heart.

“But I had to control myself because if we won’t break up, then her career might go down and I won’t like that. I probably won’t forgive myself if that happens. So I decided that it was the right thing.

“However, she said the most unexpected thing that night.” Everybody was literally leaning towards the rapper, waiting for his answer or what the female rapper told him. “She told me, just remember, Jingyo, whatever happens, I love you.” Everybody awed again and CL wiped an invisible tear. Wait, invisible to the camera perhaps but Kim Xaki saw it and couldn’t help but marvel at their obvious love.

“You might not understand but I want all of you to know, that that was the first time Hunchae told me she loves me.” G-Dragon said as he patted their intertwined hands.

“Are you saying that she never said she loves you even she confessed to you first?” Kim Xaki confronted and the male rapper only nodded. “But you still broke up then?”

“No, the break up never happened and we never thought about it again. Then the album Alive was born.” G-Dragon explained. As a sign that he ended his piece, everybody just clapped their hands for the couple.

“If you were to give a sign or symbol for your love for Chaerin-ssi, what will it be Jiyong-ssi?” Kim Xaki asked. It was not part of the script but she just needed to get it out of her mind.

The host mentioned for a white board and a marker and without further ado, it was given to the male. “Hmm, a sign?” He said as he tapped the marker on his chin. Then he drew.

Chaerin tried to peek at it but her boyfriend was too fast for her. He quickly hid it and smiled at her before wiggling his eyebrows. She just pouted and like the rest, waited for his answer. Not later, he showed it showing a sun. “That probably is the worst drawing of a sun I ever saw in my life.” CL said as everybody laughed at her.

It wasn’t a silly picture, it was cute actually. While laughing, Kim Xaki asked why he chose it. “I’ll love my Hunchae until tomorrow.”

“Wae?” CL freaked out. “Yah—what do you mean by that?” she added.

He straightened before looking directly at her. His eyes were literally twinkling that even camera tricks couldn’t edit it. “Hunchae, I’ll love you until tomorrow ‘coz tomorrow never ends. So I hope you do too.”

Everybody including the host squealed at that cheesy yet sweet line. Chaerin just shrug but her smile couldn’t be denied nor the blush that was slowly creeping on her cheeks.

“Chaerin-ssi, you do it too. Please give us the symbol of your love towards Jiyong-ssi.” Kim Xaki said. The host was too fond of the idea and couldn’t help but pat herself on the back for congratulations. G-Dragon erased his sun and handed the white board and marker to his girl.

Once CL got the things, she stood up and walked to the back. Jiyong just laughed and shook his head in disbelief that his girl would actually walk to the back just to not let him peek.

Every now and then, CL would peek just to make sure that the camera wasn’t playing tricks on her.

Then she walked back to her seat beside the dragon and showed the studio her drawing of a crown.

Kim Xaki asked her to explain that. Like what her boyfriend did, she also faced him and said “Jingyo-oppa, my affection—”

“Wae! Why are you saying ‘affection’ instead of love?” GD asked. “I am not that open of a person so just imagine that I am saying love instead, okay?” CL explained before proceeding to her explanation. “Jingyo-oppa, my affection for you is like the VIP’s.”

“Why?” He stubbornly asked. “It’s until whenever.” She immediately added as her guy hid his face on his hands as he bowed until his chest met his lap. He was smiling like a mad man and CL could only follow his movements with her eyes with a victorious smile on her lips.

“Aigoo—young love. But now—it’s time to answer fan questions before we end this with a fun game!” Kim Xaki smiled as the audience laughed then she turned to her guests. The young host saw the male rapper still in the same position. “Um, Jiyong-ssi? Jiyong-ssi, um, we’re moving on now.”

CL put a hand on GD’s shoulder and two-seconds later the other rapper moved from his position and leaned on his seat, eyes still smiling and lips covered with the back of his left hand. He was as red as an apple. The entire studio squealed, blushed and laughed at his current sight.

Who knew the G-Dragon of YG Entertainment could blush like that!

CL was just laughing.

“Jiyong-ssi, why are you still blushing like that? It’s not like you just enter your relationship!” Kim Xaki teased further more. As she said that the leader took his hand and bit his lower lip. “I—Well, I still feel butterflies, can we take a 5-minute break now? I don’t think I can answer fan questions in this state!”

“So what else would you like to say before we take a break?” Kim Xaki asked while laughing. The camera zoomed in to the male rapper as the latter grinned at the lenses the screamed: “I’m in LOVE!”

And so they gave him exactly that, a commercial break but not before the camera took a shot of the blushing audience.

When the break was over, Kim Xaki was now holding pieces of questions from the fans. When the camera got a hold of the couple, CL was casually leaning on her guy’s shoulder. And G-Dragon got over of his ‘lovesick’ state.

“The first question is from LOLER13, What are the memorable things/happenings that happened during your sub-unit promotions?” Kim Xaki read before looking again at the couple. CL sat properly before looking at G-Dragon.

“Can I just say that the whole promotions, including the preparations were memorable?” CL said. “I mean it was the first time we actually spent the entire five months together like that.”

“Most memorable? I second what Hunchae said. But if you want a really specific part of the whole promotions I would say that it was when we filmed the music video for Wedding Day.” The entire studio squealed at the remark of the male rapper, and of course at the mention of the funniest, sweetest and weirdest music video of The Ace and The Queen album. Of course, by that music video, everybody started to question their real relationship with each other thus resulting on a revelation.

“Wedding Day? Why what happened?” Kim Xaki beamed. “The concept of the song was about two gangstas getting married.” Leader Lee said with a chuckle.

“It was a really weird wedding. I had to wear a funky wedding dress while wearing high top sneakers. And besides, it was also tiring.” The girl added. “Yeah, it was tiring because we had to move from one location to another since the scene of the wedding was that the couple was running away from their parents who wanted to separate them. So, the couple along with their friends and a priest would jump from a place to another.” G-Dragon supported.

“It was really fun because 2NE1 and Big Bang get to cameo as our friends and Psy-hyung played as priest.” The latter finished.

Kim Xaki then moved to the nest question. “Oh, this is interesting, from anonymous, when was your first kiss as a couple?”

CL and GD looked at each other. “You answer it!” The boy said. “I don’t want to! You do it!” CL said before slightly doing her blowfish move. “Can we just skip that? It’s a bit private.” G-Dragon bowed to Kim Xaki then to the audience.

“Oh okay, we respect that.” Kim Xaki couldn’t hide her smile as she moved to the next card. “Oh this is for Jiyong-ssi.” The host looked at the male. “It’s also anonymous and it said Jiyong-oppa, were you ever jealous of Park Teddy? CL used to mention that her forever ideal man is Teddy.”

“That’s the thing, I wanted to be Teddy and she said that her ideal man was Teddy-hyung. I guess she just wanted to hide her crush on me.” G-Dragon teased as CL punched his shoulder playfully. “But were you ever jealous?” CL asked him, backing up the question.

G-Dragon hesitated before answer a stuttering, “A—ani.”

“That’s it! He’s clearly jealous!” Kim Xaki announced as CL just nod her head. “Moving on, from SDlover123,are you living together?”

“We live in the same building.” CL answered. “We respect each others space. And besides, it’s nice to miss the other sometimes; space just makes you long for your partner more.”

“This is from another anonymous, are you planning on getting married soon? Or are you already married ‘coz you two seem to act like one already.” The audience including the leaders laughed at it. “Chaerin-ssi, what can you say to this anonymous person?” Kim Xaki asked the female rapper.

CL just shook her hand and said “Please don’t ask me, I may have confessed first but I’m not the one who’s going to propose.”

“Jiyong-ssi?”

GD turned to CL and asked, “What if I kneel now?” CL clearly was shocked—gosh, even Kim Xaki was! However, GD’s laugh said that he was just kidding. “Um,” He held his nape and said, “I guess I want to finish our idol-years first before settling in, what do you think?” He turned to his girlfriend who only nodded at his statement, agreeing.

“Yes, I want to finish our idol-years first because if I wanted to get married, then I want to be a full mom to my kid.” She confirmed.

“I think you’d be a great mom, Chaerin-ssi.” Satisfied with their answers, Kim Xaki then said the last question, “Wow, this seem to be related to the previous question, another anonymous, how many kids would you want in the future?” CL’s mouth opened at that question and when she answered a simple ‘two-will-do’, GD also said in unison with hers a “As many as possible.”

“YAH!” CL slapped GD’s arm with a pillow before hiding her face again in her hands. That place seem to be the only hiding place for her. The boy only laughed his heart’s content.

“We have so many questions but we will soon be reaching our time-limit, so why don’t we proceed to the games?” Kim Xaki said to the leaders as they were given yet again two sets of white board and markers. “This is an easy game, all you have to do is make sure you answer identically. If you answer wrongly or have no explanation to back it up or no answer at all, you will miss a point. The person with the least score would have to face a consequence. ” The leaders only nodded and prepared for the game.

“Shall we start?” Kim Xaki as the leaders nodded yet again. “Also, there will be a five second count before you reveal your answers so better wrap things up in that five-seconds.”

“The first set of questions would be answered in a way where in you continue the sentence okay? In this part, you don’t necessarily have to be in the same answer/s.”

“I like it when…” Kim Xaki said before the audience started their five-second count.

“Please reveal your answers.” Kim Xaki announced before the leaders showed their answers.

CL wrote a shy yet simple: you make me sandwiches.

GD wrote: you massage me during break.

“Aigoo, the two of you are giving so much light answers.” Kim Xaki said before giving a labored sigh. “Let’s just go on with this—I hate it when…”

3..2..1!

You steal my things. CL wrote with a matching pout. GD just chuckled. “Is something wrong, Jiyong-ssi?” Kim Xaki asked. “Ani, it’s just she wrote what I expected her to write.” He wrote: when you steal them back.

Everybody including CL giggled like sly little fan girls. “I get jealous when…” GD immediately scribbled something while CL looked confused.

GD put up his white board which says: When Dara-noona calls you ‘wifey’ :’(.

“Omo! What do you mean by that GD-ssi?” Kim Xaki asked. “Dara-noona gets to call her wifey, they even have a child named Tam-Tam.” CL only laughed at his childishness. “Then why don’t call her wifey as well?” Kim Xaki asked.

“I don’t want to be a copy-cat.” He said with a pout. “And besides we also have a son named G-Bob so I’m okay. Can we just get on with this? Please proceed to the next question.”

“Alright, Jiyong-ssi. CL-ssi, please be reminded that you lost one point for not answering. I love it when…”

You kiss my forehead and say that you love me <3 Everybody awed at what CL wrote. It just seem so sweet which is quite out of her league. Nobody seem to imagine her to write that.

“Aigoo. Jiyong-ssi, why didn’t you answer it?” Kim Xaki asked. The boy only grinned and said “It’s private.”

“I want to know.” CL said. The boy only grinned and shrugged. But he gave her a I’ll-tell-you-later-look. “But you  do know that you lost a point, right?” Kim Xaki said before she said the next one.

“I feel tempted to kiss you when…”

You never felt tempted before, Chaerin-ssi?” Kim Xaki asked as GD chuckled. “That’s why I question her feelings for me sometimes because she never seem to move until I initiate something.” He said with a cute pout. “So does that mean you always get tempted, Jiyong-ssi?” The host asked excitedly.

“You can say that. Because whenever I love someone, I always make it a point to always show it—unlike somebody I know…” He said as he nonchalantly look at his girl who only had this innocent look saying me-know-no-no.

“I think we should proceed before an LQ (lovers quarrel) comes.” Kim Xaki said as the audience got over of their high. “This is the last part of the first set of questions so please be prepared.”

“I feel relaxed when…”

“KYAAAA!” The whole audience squealed at the unexpected answers of the leaders. “Wow—how did you two answered exactly the same?” Kim Xaki asked as the duo looked at each other with smitten smiles in their faces.

“We’re just like that.” GD replied.

“Okay, on the next set of questions, please make sure you have the same answers just like this.” Kim Xaki said as she looked at the next question.

“What do Infiknights call you?” GD immediately scribbled while CL still looked confused. “Aigoo, I’m not a fan of the internet.” She said as she put up with a question mark. “I’m sorry but I really don’t know.”

“Jiyong-ssi, how about you, what did you write?” Kim Xaki asked the male rapper. The boy showed his answer and it read: SKYDRAGON.

“I try to keep up with the fans.” He just said and wiggled his eyebrows towards the audience. “Infiknights, did oppa write the correct answer?”

“DEH!!”

He turned to CL with a smirk and said in pure English “I’m seeing you in that punishment then, baby.” He was improving in the language so much that he sounded expert already.

“CL-ssi, please keep up. I am thinking that you won’t like the punishment.” Kim Xaki advised as the female rapper sighed. “On with the next, who initiates the hugs?”

“Woah—Jiyong-ssi is really an honest person.” Kim Xaki said. “He always does that; before, I get really worried that the fans might get wind of us.” CL explained. “I just like hugs, so it’s a habit.” He said as he suppressed the blush that was trying to creep in his cheeks.

“Your very first stage collab. The collab with just the two of you.”

I—I just wanted to do that kind of a song, you know.” He replied stuttering. “Jiyong-ssi, when it comes to Chaerin-ssi, we seem to notice that you stutter a lot when you say something cute.” Kim Xaki replied.

“Okay, this is second to the last, my other half’s hobby.” Kim Xaki said before starting her own 5-second count. 3.. 2.. 1!

“I answered shopping because I know that this is going to be her answer but today, I want everybody to know that I have discovered a new hobby!” G-Dragon announced as everybody looked at him. “What is your new hobby, Jiyong-ssi?” The host asked.

“Cuddling with her.” He said directly to his girl. “Don’t believe him, Seungri is rubbing on him with pick-up lines.” CL said with a matter-of-fact tone while the studio and fangirls giggled at their ‘oppa’s’ answer.  

“Last question, oh this is interesting. I love him/her because…” For the first time, both leaders looked troubled and just stared at something that simply doesn’t exist. They continue doing that until the five-second count ended.

“No answer?” Kim Xaki asked in shock after seeing the white boards blank. “I don’t think you need to have a reason when loving someone. And I couldn’t find a reason why I even bothered in looking at him.” CL said in a jokingly manner. “I just love her. That is reason enough, isn’t it?” GD said with a rather serious look in his face.

“Let’s just respect their answers and see for the punishment!” Kim Xaki said as a bowl was given to her containing the punishment. “CL-ssi you lost by three points, so please pick one.”

The female leader hesitated at first but picked one. She read it and her eyes widen. “Oppa!” She called. “Hm?” He answered. “Do this for me!” She said while gripping his arm, the boyfriend just laughed. “Is it something humiliating?” He replied.

“No—it’s just,” Kim Xaki motioned to get the punishment paper and read it outloud: “Do a 30-second dance of SNSD’s Gee with a matching aegyo.”

CL just sulked at her side of the seat as everybody laughed at her. GD nudged her to stand up and without further ado, she stood up. “Yes, Jiyong-ssi?” Kim Xaki saw the male rapper raising his hand.

“Can I get a copy of this?” He said in between his laughter. “Yah!” She was already red in embarrassment. Everybody knows that CL preferred hip hop more than bubble-gum sweetness. And Gee was definitely overflowing of it.

In CL’s agony, the music started and she had no choice but do the punishment. She had to act cute but during the choreo she just kept her blowfish face. Everybody danced along and without her knowing, her boyfriend was already dancing with her. She immediately ran to him and hid her face in his chest which he took as an advantage to wrap his arms around her. He then gently swayed them.

“Oh CL-ssi is definitely full of aegyo!” Kim Xaki said as she also stood up. “Please don’t say that, I get shy!” The girl replied as she got off from GD’s hug. “Then to make it up, can we hear an exchange of I love you’s from the two of you?” Kim Xaki said. If she was ending this episode better end it with a bang!

GD and CL looked at each other. Then, the boy took the girl’s hand and said, “Hunchae—saranghaeyo.” The audience awed again and Kim Xaki just look at the couple with pure admiration.

Love in the kind of industry that they were in, it wasn’t easy. But Kim Xaki was amazed on how down-to-earth the two were or how shy the girl is talking about their love life like she was an ordinary girlfriend. Or how genuine GD’s look is when he talked about their relationship.

CL’s reply was to take her hand away from her boyfriend’s grasp and did:

She pointed at herself; I

She formed a heart shape; love

Then she pointed at the G-Dragon; you.

Before she hugged Kwon Jiyong’s thin but lean figure and the boy could only wrap his arms around her shoulder before placing a kiss on her crown.

“Well—I guess that sweet moment was our cue, GOODBYE SEOUL!” Kim Xaki ended as the audience replied a goodbye Xaki as well including the couple who are now free from their embrace but with hands intertwined. Yes, the whole studio was shining and the source of all of that were the baddest couple Seoul City ever had.

A/N: Well that’s it! Isn’t it quite long? Aigoo. I’m sorry if this is boring but honestly, I was also blushing and giggling while writing this. Let’s just hope that this will turn into reality. I am planning on making a prequel of this, you know, what really happened between them; especially during the scandal. But I guess that has to wait or unless you guys really wanted it. Now… for GD’s answer…

CL’s Heartbreaker

“Noona, do you have to dress her like that?” G-Dragon said as he looked at his favored dongsaeng that was wearing a tight body like swimsuit. “Put a coat or a vest on her or something. It’s too revealing!” He said before storming out of the dressing room.

‘Deym, that mole on her chest would result to sleepless nights yet again.’ He thought as he tried to shake his head to get the tempting and arousing image out of his mind.
