They are said to go by talent first, then looks. Their auditioning process involves three rounds to determine whether you are a trainee or not. All expenses are to be paid by you, unless you are in some serious financial troubles and absolutely cannot pay yourself, then you will be given a non-interest loan by the entertainment.

Starting now, FIEnt has officially opened their very forst 2012 Global Auditions! All nationalities are welcome, any language skills are welcome, and you may apply as a rapper, dancer, singer, or any combination of the three. And, unlike most agencies, it is also said that you don't have to be Asian to make it! Most companies have said this before, but it has always been a secret factor. Since this agency is ran mostly by non-Asians, however, there is no longer any bias against your race or ethnicity!

So don't be afraid to apply for this agency, if you think you have what it takes. If you wish to have surgery to correct looks, then you may have the procedure done. If you wish to stay natural, this will also be allowed. Of course, since most "non-pretty" stars would probably get very little fame, any "ugly" people can choose to have surgery of they wish, or we could have a magical makeup artist.
