Hi! Welcome to another one of my one-shots entitled Her Last Good-Bye, featuring The MyungBer couple. It's my first time writing about them, to be honest. And this is also my official entry to the ♫ Sounds of Melodies [Writing Contest] 2012 ♫, with the link at : http://www.asianfanfics.com/story/view/158423. The song I used for this as a promt is one of the OSTs of City Hunter, SHINee's Jong Hyun's 'So Good Bye'. After I watched the drama, I just got addicted to this song because of Jong Hyun's powerful vocals and the meaning of the song so I chose the song. Kim Myung Soo
A rich man born in Incheon, whose ambition is to become an artist. Because he's rich, he had no friends or playmates, because every kid thought that he's different. He's a loyal friend, and he treasures everyone he'll like. He can pretend and sacrifice himself for the welfare of the others. Once he's in love, he'll try to pass any obstacles to be with her.
Amber Liu
A poor girl, also from Incheon. She loves to help people, and has always been cheerful. She could sacrifice herself and do almost anything for the happiness of the poeple she loves. She also had no friends because she has always been distant. She was different from other girls she met, and she couldn't get along with any of them. When she loves, she's ready to go though thick and thin, and even separation for the happiness of whom she loves.

HER LAST GOOD-BYE: PROLOGUE
I waited for many years. I hoped. I dreamt. I lived.
I survived each day without her, but deep inside me I’m already dying. I knew I’ve been impatiently waiting too much. I already want to see her, to kiss her, to be with her for the rest of my life.
But ever heard of promises? I doubt to believe them anymore.
She promised me. I believed. I hoped. I dreamt.
But I was only making a fool out of myself. I shouldn’t have let her go.
And now, all that’s left is this, a song written in a notebook. The only thing left from her aside from memories we shared.
So good bye, don’t cry and smile
I’ll send away those times in which my heart has been cold
So good bye to me who has been alone in the darkness
I need you
I need your love again
She said we’ll be together. We can forever last, but why did everything turn out like this?
Amid the pessimistic thoughts, there’s a little light of hope left for me to hold on.
