[Mi Young's POV]

I ran as I heard the bell ring, this isn't going to be a good first impression on our new teacher.

"Aigoo, I don't think I could become a favorite student or something." I talked to myself slowly twisting the doorknob of our room.

Wow, so many eyes staring.

"Well, well, look what we have here, a late student. My name is Mr. Kwon."he said assuming that I would tell my name to him too.

"Oh, oh, my name is Baek Mi Young..." I said nervously swallowing my words a bit.

"Well sit down there beside uh.. Mr. Donghae Lee." he said pointing at a little cute boy smiling.

"Oh, sure." I said with a monotone voice.

I actually didn't want to sit beside him because he was a popular guy, maybe the most, popular but I knew he has a history of being playboy.

[Donghae's POV]

"Psst! Hyung, this is your new target; Mi Young. Impress me." Kyuhyun said thinking I could have her feeding me in a week.

"Pssh, I could do that, but it to be a bit interesting. MONEY." I said with a devious smile on my face.

"How about 30000 won by the end of the year, you wouldn't even be able to do it by then." He said as if he was so sure I'd lose.

"Deal. Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha" I said laughing maniacally.

I saw her coming this way and quickly shut up.

"Hey Mi Young!" I said putting on the playboy charm.

"Hey!" she said back.

"So, you wanna go on a date with me?" I asked feeling too confident.

"NO" she said crushing my ego real hard.

"Oh....why? I asked certainly surprised.

"Because I said so." she said obviously not kidding.

"Oh, okay then." I said sadly.

This was the first time I had ever been rejected by a girl in my life!

Could it be that I'm losing my touch?

Nah, I'll make her love me

Just takes some time.

[Mi Young's POV]

Sheesh, this guy's already annoying me and it isn't even 10 minutes passed yet.

I could actually like him if he didn't have a past like that playboy thing.

*Sigh* This world, a crazy one it is.

Then we passed two periods and it was lunch time.

As I was going out, I felt a person put his arm over mine.

Out of instinct, I kicked him in his you know what.

Until I found out who he was...

"Ouch" he said with a cracked voice.

"SORRY! I didn't know it was you! Please forgive me." I said truly sorry.

"Yeah, I do." He said trying to breathe in and out.

"Just walk it off?" I said.

"I'll---try---that." He said.

Oh, right, forgot to explain, this is my best friend, Lee Min Ki.

Actually, I don't know why my best friend isn't a girl but he's just been really loyal and friendly to me.

I still remember that first time we actually talked but it was quite funny

"Min Ki and Mi Young, you two will be paired for your English assignment" our teacher said.

"Oh man! Mi Young come here." he said.

"Yes?" I said scared.

"If you don't do it right, I'll punch you!" He said.

"Okay"

Ah, good times, anyways back to reality.

"So now you're okay?" I said.

"Yeah, I'll probably survive but if you do that again, I won't be able to get married." He said sarcastically.

"Hahaha, I won't if you don't surprise me like that again." she said.

"What? I can't put my arm around you?" he said as if he actually could.

"Seriously? No." I said making him feel awkward.

"Fine, fine." he said as we walked in the line of the cafeteria.

So as we were waiting in line, Donghae suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"Hey Mi Young!" He said.

"Oh, hey you." I said staring at Min Ki giving him the weirdo eye signal thing.

"Hey, um, can you like sit with us or something?" Donghae asked.

"No, uh, I can't." I said lying to him.

"Oh, why not then?" He asked

"Because I got this thing." I said.

"What thing?" He asked

"Um, I'm sitting with my friend." I said.

"Okay then, be seeing you around school then." He said.

"Yeah..." I said.

So he left and Min Ki was obviously curious.

"Donghae likes you!?!" Min Ki asked.

"NO!" I said retaliating.

"Oh really, he looks like he's so clingy to you and all." Min Ki said teasingly with that whole eyebrow raising up and down.

"Oh, shut up" I said with a British accent.

We both ordered the same thing in there, bibimbap.

We ate and Min Ki was eating as usual, like a horse.

"You never thought about slowing down while eating, didn't you?" I said.

"Nope, that's just how I roll" He said like a rock star.

"Haha." I laughed.

"Hey, I'm eating like a horse and you have only eaten about an eighth of it. Are you on some sort of diet???" He asked.

"No~! I'm just not that hungry." I said.

"Ah, I get it." He said with that weird smile on his face like he's teasing me about a guy.

"I know what you're thinking! But it's not that!" I said defending myself.

"Right, right, so it's almost time, I'll walk you to your classroom." He said as if he were really a gentleman.

"Right, and since when were you a gentleman?" I asked.

"Since forever." he said.

"Haha, let's go!" I pulled his hand going to the classroom.

[Donghae's POV]

What do I have to do to make her fall in love with me!?!

This is going to totally drive me nuts!

She's like the thorn among the roses, the only one who has ever rejected me! 

I can't stand this!

I'll have to become even more desperate.

I'm gonna try to fail my subjects to get a tutor, I mean she'd be perfect at this stuff and considering she's smartest in class, it could really work.

The failing starts here today, in our sort of "exams" like the practice exam for the real one, I mean, if I failed this, in the next three weeks, I'll have to get taught.

Baek Mi Young, it's so on.
