BELOVED NOONA
THE WARMTHHyosung walked on the street, taking a deep breathe in every minute she passed little kids with their mommy. She couldn’t believe with what she saw, children and young mothers were everywhere around her, as if it was telling her to get married quickly. She quickened her pace and soon after, she felt someone tapped her shoulder.
She sighed deeply, hoping the best for her luck at that time. “Hello noona! I know it’s you!” The familiar and deep voice greeted her when she had faced to face with the stranger. “Kikwang!” She sighed in relief.
“Yeah. It’s me noona. Why you’re so pale? Let’s go to the park you wanted to visit!” Kikwang said cheerfully, leading their walk as he pulled Hyosung’s wrist to the park. “Thank you for the weird stares from the others, Lee Kikwang.” Hyosung said when they had arrived in the park. Kikwang just laughed, letting her hand to pull out from his grip. “You look so cute when you were surprised like that.” Kikwang said, still laughing.
“Yah!” She pouted. “I said the truth~” Kikwang sang as he led the elder girl crossing the road. “Shall we buy some snacks first?” Kikwang turned his head to Hyosung who was looking around the street. “Yeah. Treat me, Kikwang.” Kikwang didn’t reply as he fastened his steps and soon, they arrived in a mini market. “What do you want to drink?” “I don’t know. You?” “Beer.” “I won’t treat you, Lee Kikwang.” “Then let’s go dutch for the snacks.”
Kikwang grinned in satisfaction as Hyosung glared on him with the you-know-you-make-me-disappoint- look. “Oh come on, Noona. Buy me a can of beer and cans of coke. What’s the different ? It will satisfy me anyway.” “It’s still too morning, don’t you think, Kikwang?” “Noona, you look pretty.”
Hyosung laughed sarcastically when he said that, he was still with his idiot smile although he knew he had made Hyosung mad. “What’s again?” “I know you’re pretty and so, but let me get my beer!” Kikwang whined, trying to get a can from the back of Hyosung’s back. But Hyosung was being an angry noona like she usually did. She smacked the younger’s hand hard.
“Yah noona! What’s the matter?!” Kikwang now became a whining mess as Hyosung kept blocking him to get his cold beer. “Alright. I give up.” He sighed in frustration when he led Hyosung to the other shelves. “Good dongsaeng.” Hyosung grinned happily, she took some snacks for both of them while talking to the pouting boy.
“You know what Kikwang? You shouldn’t tell me that I’m pretty. Because I know pretty well that you’re LYING to me. Got it?” She warned him, looking to him once while he replied the look with a sniff.
“I know you’re lying too noona. Just tell me
