There was no response.

"She said that it would help us with both work in the company, and work at school. I think it's a good idea, but at the same time..."

"I don't want to leave! I love the school we're in! I love all our friends!" Seb cried out.

"Seb, it’s going to be fine. You'll make new friends." Lee said.

"But what if nobody's nice? For all we know, they could all be a bunch of-"

Lee glared at Seb. "Siobhan, you will be fine." Sitting back in her seat, Lee tried to calm herself. Still a bit upset from earlier, she had become very easy to anger.

Seb, a bit worried about Lee, was quiet until she was dropped off at her house later that night.

There was a whole week before they were to change schools. The parents weren't happy, and neither were their school friends. SM had managed to convince their parents that it was for their own good and that it would help keep the girl's grades up whilst they were training. Well, all the parents were convinced except one certain mother.

"I'm sorry miss, but if you don't let us move your daughter, she might find it very hard to get good grades. And now is a good time, because it's nearly the end of second semester. She'll be able to go into year nine with her friends, and a whole new group of people."

"That's not what I'm concerned about. I never wanted her to become a singer, but I was willing to let her do the training. But this has gone too far. I afraid I'm going to have to pull her out of the group."

"Would you like to talk to their manager?"

"They have a what!? I'm her mother, I can manage her myself. I don't need someone your company pays to take care of her! How can I trust a stranger? I'm sorry, but tell your boss that she's out of the group, and that's final!"
