• That entity is called ᴅᴀʟ
• She brought 4 other goddesses to oversee each nation. They're called the ᴛʜᴇ ʜᴇᴀᴠᴇɴʟʏ ᴅɪꜱᴄɪᴘʟᴇꜱ, also known as ᴅᴀʟ'ꜱ ᴠᴏᴛᴀʀʏ.
• With a peace treaty offered, war ceased and 4 families were appointed to oversee each nation, hence starting a monarchy system. The Kingdom is now known as Pyeogyo and the 4 nations are: Air, Earth, Fire, Water
• Each nation has its own specific traits that are unique to themselves only. Much like how the elements are unique to their respective nations.
