if you haven't been able to tell, a large bulk of the story was inspired from scenes in the crossroads mv! they should've been pretty obvious haha you could tell immediately if you watch the mv again, or, if you still have the mv vividly in your mind. this was written two years ago around the time of the comeback (seriously how many times am i going to mention that this was written then) so i was heavily influenced by the story of the mv when this plot came to mind. even the relationships between the characters were shaped by the portrayal of the girls in the mv. that comeback meant a great deal to me, and i remember, it was quite a wonderful time, before the covid outbreak... time truly flies we're almost over with the pandemic now. i'll stop here with the nostalgia because it always makes me so emotional, from a time gfriend was too huge a part in my life, when we knew NOTHING of what would happen (though of course we all believe that they will always be together ♡)

i remember it was a school night i had lots of readings to be done but i sat before my computer and typed to no end the whole plot, basically the skeleton of what you have read as the synopsis that i uploaded here. (the snippets in between were written slowly after the whole synopsis was written, because i did have the intention of updating the AU on twt.) i think that night i spent like two hours on it and was so ready to cry bc i really needed to do my readings (i wrote this as an author's note to myself at the end, it's hilarious rn, and no i wasn't actually wanting to cry don't worry HAHAHA). i was halfway through my second semester in university. now, my third year (sixth semest
