The world has gone nuts. Since the outbreak a lot of things have changed... especially the appearance of the things that we called Mutants. They are beast like creature that has been continously killing us, humans. We're really outmatched by them, our weapons are nothing lethal to them. Even the strongest rocket launchers are nothing to them. Nuclear weapons? Yes it did manages to hurt them, just a little bit. They managed to shrug it of like it was just skin deep.

So, we humans are trying to come up with a solution. We need something that can even the playground with those mutans. We started a project of what we called A.R.M.S.
