“Yah! Yah! Yah!~ Prez! Is it true that Vice will treat us after our duty?” the secretary asked.

“Haha, yeah, he said so, including the BOD of course.” The Prez answered.

“Yeepie! KwangMin is so rich! Haha!” The P.I.O. jumped happily.

“Hehe. I’m not that rich.” The vice scratched his back neck.

“Okay! Everyone! All we have to do this afternoon is to sign these papers for the Student Council Association.” The prez instructed.

“That’s easy.” One said.

“Then, who are we?!” She shouted.

“We are the STUDENT COUNCIL of SEIKA HIGH!” Everyone replied.

“And our JOB is?!”

“TO PROTECT OUR SCHOOL!”

“AND?”

“TO GUIDE EVERY STUDENT OF SEIKA HIGH SCHOOL TO THE RIGHT WAY!”

“Okay! Let’s start!” They sat and started their job.

-Meanwhile outside….-

“Aish! There they are again, saying their dumbest yell ever in the whole wide WORLD!” JEongMin popped his gum.

“Yep! IT’S the foolest of al!” HyunSeong agreed.

“Yeah! It’s all none-sense! Hella!” DongHyun agreed.

“Yah! I can hear you! No loitering around! Go back to classes now!” the president opened the office door and look at them with a devilish glare.

“Yah! Who cares?!” JeongMin said, ready to go away.

“Kaja! You don’t want our butts to be kicked by the Prez right?” DongHyun smirked.

“Yeah right! You better go to classes now! Or I’ll kick your butts through the hallways until you get to your classes!” she said angrily.

“Prez!” an officer said.

“Yes?”

“Well, wel.. You see…”

“Come on spit it out!” She can’t wait no longer.

“Igarashi High declined the request for the Student Council Association.”

“Is that so? Hmmm…. How bout the others then?”

“Well, most of them agreed.”

“Good then, we don’t need that spoiled rich school for associating anyway.” She smiled brightly.

“RIGHT!” everyone said.

“Okay back to work.”

-After minutes have passed-

“*sigh* Finally we’re done!  The treasurer said.

They all stood up, and stretched their arms.

“Let’s EAT!!!” KwangMin smiled.

“Kaja!” They all said.

“Soo Min-ah, is he going to treat us too?” One of the members of the BOD asked.

“Neh, haha~ BOD Members are always part of the student council!” she smiled.

“Yes, let’s go! Prez is right!” KwangMin led the way.

“So where should we go?” The prez asked.

“Ei, how bout we eat some hotdog or burger? I miss fast foods!” one suggested.

“Yeah.”

“Yeah!”

“That’s yummy!”

Everyone agreed.

“Let’s go then” they walked through a stall and ordered.

The Student Council has 16 members, so KwangMin must be rich.

“Yah! The muse is not here!” an officer said.

“Don’t mind her, we all know that she is spoiled, and won’t eat foods like this!” The prez took a bite of a hotdog bunch.

“Yeah, and less treat.” KwangMin smiled taking his order.

“Bon Appetit!” They all said and smiled, they sat at chairs with tables and ate.

“Yah! KwangMin-ah! Do you have a brother?” asked an officer.

“Uh-uh…….” There was a long pause.

“Yes I have.”

“I bet he’s handsome as you!”

“Hehe.” He scratched his back neck.

“You should introduce him to us sometime.” The secretary said.

KwangMin was sweating, the prez saw him.

“Uh- mind if we change the topic? Yes! Hehe! Why did you think Igarashi High didn’t agree with the SCA?(Student Council Association).” The prez asked.

“That’s easy! They don’t want to associate with us because they think we’re just a filthy mud!” The secretary answered wisely.

“Hmmmm, that can be, but remember, we are not a filthy mud.” She reminded, then she took a sip on her drink.

*She saved me from the topic! SooMin-ah!~ You’re truly my angel!* KwangMin said to his mind.

*Yah! KwangMin, why were you sweating?! Sigh, NeverMind.* SooMin asked herself.

“Tsk! Doesn’t mean that they’re rich they can treat us like that!” one of the BOD members said.

“That’s why were associating so they can treat us fair and square.” The prez said.

“Prez, we’ve accomplished everything, over 24 schools agreed with the association, what else can we do? We don’t need Igarashi High!”

“Yes, we don’t need them. We need to set a meeting for those who agreed.” She smiled brightly.

“Yah! Vice, thanks for the treat, it was fantastic!” and officer said leaving.

“Yeah, gomawo.” One said and leaved.

They leaved one by one.

KwangMin and SooMin was left alone.

“Ei, I’ll be going now.” Said the prez, breaking the silence.

“Oh!” he grabbed her arm and said, “Let me, uh- get you home safely.”

“Oh! No need, you know that I can take care of myself.” She insisted.

“Oh, jebal~” he did aegyo.

“Aish, arasso, since you insisted.”

“Haha! Kaja!”

So they walked while chatting.

“Haha! Chincha?! That’s cute~” she smiled brightly.

“Prez! Wacth out!” KWangMin pulled her into a hug.

There was a car that quickly ran.

SooMin was shock, not by the car. But by the hug. O.o

“Oh, sorry prez, I didn’t mean to- I was shocked.” KwanMin explained.

“Oh, it’s not your fault.” She blushed and continued to walk leaving him behind.

“Yah! Wait for me!” KwangMin draw nearer.

KwangMin’s POV

“Oppa!~” she waved her right arm high and she was calling someone.

“Dongsaeng!~” a boy spread his arms, then she ran and hugged the boy.

“Oppa!~ I miss you so much! Never knew you came back now after a few days!” she hugged him tightly.

“Aigooo….. my little baby misses her oppa soo much! Mianhe our flight got delayed from our concert.”

Her boyfriend??? Gosh.

He looks manly than me.

“Oooh~ are the other oppas here?” she asked.

“Er-no, they got home already because they’re very tired, but YongHwa hyung is still here.” He said.

“Oh, right!  KWangMin come here!” she called me.

“Oh, here.” I walked toward them.

“KwangMin, this is my brother, Oppa MinHyuk, oppa, this is KwangMin my co-student council officer, the vice.”

“Kui-Min saengie!” someone called her again and hugged her from behind.

“Oppa!~” she said sweetly.

“Yeah! Oppa! I’m not your GIRLFRIEND!!! You playboy!” she smirked.

“Ouch! That hurts me more than the smack.” He acted getting hurt, he was holding his heart.

Well, that’s a relief.

“Saeng, I’ll be getting this PLAYBOY home, and I’ll be back urgent.”

“Arasso, annyeong oppas!”

Then they left.

“Prez, I’ll be leaving too, thanks for today.” I smiled.

“Oh, okay. It’s getting dark too. So annyeong! See you tomorrow KWangMinnie!~” she smiled brightly then entered their house.

Girlfriend ei? That guy is crazy!

Good thing hyung was her brother.

She acts as a girl at home, but not at school?
