Meet the Staff
A-TeamMore research results! Not all of these people will play a huge role in the story, but I thought it'd be nice to outline for everyone's benefit.
Head coach: Kim Hyoyeon
The head coach’s responsibility is to train the players to put in their best performance, often with routines created to enhance their position on the field. They confer with other support staff and report back to the manager to figure out how to train players, and they also lead the team through warm ups and cool downs before and after matches.
Manager: Son Wendy
Staff member who has complete authority of the team functions and management. Managers are the ones making the first team selections, choosing the support staff, and making tactics to win games. They also manage player lifestyles outside of the field.
Assistant coach: Kwon Yuri
The assistant coach aids the head coach in setting up for training, monitoring individual players’ strengths and witnesses during practice, and helping develop weekly training schedules, among other things.
Doctor/Physician: Manoban Lisa
Team doctors work not only in providing care for players behind the scene but also in leadership roles that require more management experience, such as maintaining the athlete care networks and educating the support staff.
Physiotherapist: Kim Jisoo
A physiotherapist is more hands-on with players, helping them recover from and prevent relapse of injuries. Their main work with inju
