Hyukjae stared at his computer screen nervous and a little on the edge after typing his confession. He chewed the inside of is lower lip waiting to see what Donghae will say. He can't believe he just confessed...online...to his boss! Hyukjae was regretting saying it back a little but also, he was extremely elated that was able to say. For whatever reason or another, Donghae said he likes him. That was enough to keep his mind running all night long and his heart racing waiting to see and understand what the other actually meant.

LeeDonghae is typing...

LeeDonghae: I don't know how to process this right now...

LeeDonghae: I really can't...

LeeDonghae: You just made me so happy!!

Hyukjae chuckled to himself reading it. Donghae sounded so...happy? He could feel the way his cheeks stretched from his cheeks with how much he was smiling and typed in his response to him. 

LeeHyukjae: I didn't do anything

LeeDonghae is typing...

LeeDonghae: You did! You made me happy

Hyukjae let out a quick loud laugh and shook his head in disbelief at Donghae's sudden bold cheesiness. It was a refreshing change to the usual stoic face he was used to or the professional tone the latter always used around him. Donghae was cool but if he was being honest, he much prefers him being silly like this. 

LeeHyukjae: What are you doing?

LeeDonghae: Right now? Smiling happily ;)
8:38am

Hyukjae rolled his eyes at him before replying. 

LeeHyukjae: I meant like for the day? How are you feeling?

Hyukjae waited for Donghae's response giddily and as soon as he read it, widened his eyes and did an immediate reaction. 

LeeDonghae: I think I'm falling in love

With his face hot and bright red, Hyukjae furiously typed his reply.

LeeHyukjae: Yah! WHAT THE HELL!?

LeeDonghae is typing...

LeeDonghae: I like you :)

LeeDonghae: a lot

LeeHyukjae: You've said that.
8:40am

LeeDonghae: That's because I do
8:40am

LeeHyukjae: are you always this annoying in the morning?

LeeDonghae: No. I don't think I've ever been this happy.

Hyukjae did another eyeroll but the amused side smile on his face was very apparent. He could feel it start to hurt his cheeks a little bit but he was far too amused by Donghae's choice of words to stop grinning. 

LeeHyukjae: Do you have any plans today?

LeeDonghae is typing...

LeeDonghae: I'd like to spend it with you if I could

LeeDonghae: I can't stop smiling with you
8:43am

LeeDonghae: You can't take back what you said either
8:43am

LeeHyukjae: I'm not taking back anything

LeeHyukjae: ...yet

LeeDonghae is typing...

LeeDonghae: But you said you like me. Doesn't that mean you want to date me?

Hyukjae crossed his brows and started to wonder when exactly did he imply that yes, he did want to date Donghae, but...no he didn't ask him to(?)

LeeHyukjae: What are you talking about?

LeeHyukjae: When did I say I wanted to date you?
8:45am

LeeDonghae: you don't?
8:46am

LeeDonghae: But I'm handsome and cute.

LeeDonghae: You'd be lucky to date me.

Hyukjae scoffed and rolled his eyes again at Donghae's sudden burst flow of confidence. He was annoyed and at the same time enjoying Donghae acting like this. 

LeeHyukjae: Who'd want to date you? You sound like a child right now.

LeeDonghae: But a cute child, right?
8:48am

LeeHyukjae: A very annoying child
8:48am

LeeDonghae: But you still like me

Hyukjae was too busy rolling his eyes to really process the words he typed in next. 

LeeHyukjae: I don't even know why

Hyukjae laughed out loud reading that last part from Donghae and was extremely thankful that he lived alone because ever since starting that conversation, he hasn't stopped smiling like an idiot. 

LeeHyukjae: I'm starting regret my life choices

LeeDonghae: Too late now :P

Hyukjae sniggered and choked on his own spit trying to keep his heart from jumping out of his chest. He knows Donghae was probably just messing around and said it to him jokingly but those words still had a strange effect on him and he didn't know whether or not he should keep the conversation going to where he thinks it was heading, so he decided to change the subject.
