CHAPTER THREE
If YouI watched her pack her things.
I watched her open the door.
I watched her walk, and get further away.
'Til she disappeared.
'Til she's gone.
I watched.
DARA'S POV
"Thanks for the help, Bom!"
I said from the other line. She told me to call her as soon as I got into my Mom's home.
"No problem. You have tons of stuff! I'm beat."
"Hehe. Sorry! But I agree. I had a hard time figuring out which is which."
Was it his? or was it mine?
Bom was silent for a moment, then she let out an ear-splitting cry.
"Dara!!! Your goodbyes! Oh my god! How did the both of said goodbye with a straight face??"
Then I remembered...
"Bye, Jiyong."
Seconds felt like forever.
"Goodbye."
"I'm not sure too. But you know, Bommie? If he stopped me..."
I heard her heave a sigh.
"I thought you were already decided? No backsies, Dara."
No backsies.
I fell out of love. Drained. Nada.
I've already let a lot of sleepless nights pass thinking about it, but still, I feel the same.
I've already given myself a lot of chances. Maybe it'll change. Maybe it will come back. But still, I feel the same.
It wasn't easy, but love is no longer what I feel.
It was best for me to end it than continuing to fool him that I still feel for him.
I won't waste his time anymore.
He doesn't deserve it.
