she was at new york with her bestfriend seulgi and her girlfriend joy, they wanted to take a break from everything and have fun, they we're there for about a week and a half and this was their last night so they decided to have fun and worry about nothing before going back to their real life tomorrow, it was new year's eve an hour away from midnight when she was drinking in the middle of a crowded street when she was dared to kiss a random stranger when the clock hits 12, she didn't know why she agreed to it, but maybe because they said that if you kiss someone at midnight on new year's eve you will have a year of luck in love, and she kind of want to find someone to spend her days with like seulgi and joy,or maybe it was the beer talking but anyways what's done is done.

it was 10 seconds away from midnight that's when they started their countdown so everyone shouted 

10.. she glances around her surroundings

9...she sees joy and seulgi smiling at her and giving her a thumbs up excitedly

8...she was sweating excessively 

7... she chews her lips

6...she taps her fingers on her legs

5...she exhales in and out excessively 

4...she proceeds to come closer to the girl on her right

3... she takes one last deep breath 

2...she grabs the girls hand and turned her around to her 

1...she kisses the girl.

she breaks up the kiss and looks down the floor while saying she was sorry, she was waiting for someone to punch her or atleast slap her she didn't even know if the girl she was kissing was okay with her kissing her, what if she had a boyfriend so all those things ran into her mind, so she kept saying sorry and sorry again when she doesn't hear someone talk she looks up and sees the girl now wearing a mask and a cap, she looks at her in confusion she was sure that the girl in front of her was the girl that she kissed so she stares and stares at her when she meets the girl's eyes for some reason her eyes looked so familiar she thinks to herself but then she remebered what she did and immediately starts saying sorry again but then the girl was not answering her and just kept staring at her and she can't handle the tension between the two of them so she says sorry again and turned around and ran away while shouting she was sorry one last time.

that was seungwan's pov the next chapter will be joohyun's pov
