The year is 2020 and with the emergence of industrialized nations and the advancement of technology, magic is simply dismissed as a mere fantasy. Children have forgotten about the old man from North Pole who hands out presents every end of the year; they have neglected the winged creature who gives out money in exchange for their teeth, and; they have forgotten the ladies who fly on their brooms and cast spells along the way.
The bearded old man has long since died from neglect, and the tooth-pawning fairy has run out of business. Such cast-spelling ladies, however, still exist - but only a handful of them remain.
Deep in the heart of Namiseon Island, a lone willow tree houses seven sisters, each with their peculiar tastes and intrinsic oddities. It is now up to them to save magic and put an end to the enchanted drought once and for all.
