“Yerimie, hurry up! Daddy and mommy is done already” Jessica yell from downstairs
“Mommy, where are you going?” Seulgi asking his mom
“We have event today and Yerim will go with us. Mommy not telling you because you will not interested to go”
“Of course” Seulgi smile goofily “Noona also go with you?”
“No, she said she want to rest today so you just stay at home with her”
“Okay mommy”

Yeri come running from upstairs and looked beautiful in her purple dress that matching design with her mom

“Mommy, I’m done”
“Aigoo, my baby looked beautiful tonight” Jessica fixed Yeri hair
“You too mommy” Yeri grin
“Let’s go now; daddy is waiting at the car”
“Let’s go” Yeri said happily
“Don’t forget dinner” Jessica said to her son
“Alright, have fun!” Seulgi walk them to the door and locking the door after they leaved
Mrs. Choi showed up at the hallway “Seul, dinner is ready. Call your sister to come down”
“Okay imo”

Seulgi walk to Irene room and knocked the door. After few seconds, Irene pop out her head at the door

“What?” Irene asked nonchalantly
“Dinner is ready” Seulgi hesitant to answer
“Okay, I will come in few minutes”
“Alright” The door closed again then Seulgi sighs before walk back downstairs

Both of them eat in silent. No one dare to talk. Seulgi silently glance at Irene who ignoring him like he not exist around her.

“Noona, why eat so little?” Seulgi watching Irene drink her water as she finished eating
“I’m not hungry” Irene said coldly and brings her dishes to the sink. After that she back upstairs

Seulgi feel bad because he know Irene ignoring him after their talk few nights ago. Luckily their parent and Yeri don’t notice it or it will be a big issue. After done with his dinner, Seulgi decide to talk with Irene since it just both of them stay at home

He knocked Irene’s bedroom door then she show up few moments later 
“What again?” Irene glare at him
“I…I want to talk with you”
“What else you want to say? Want to shout at me again?”
“Please noona, I want to talk with you. I wait upstairs” Seulgi pointed at rooftop
Irene sighs “Okay”

Both of them settle at the bench at the rooftop. Seulgi break their silence after take deep breath

“I’m sorry for shouting at you. I know you’re upset because of last time” Seulgi talk softly
“Are you happy after shouting at me? Is it made you felt better?”
“I feel bad and really regret it. I’m so sorry”
“Do you promise that you won’t shout at me anymore?”
Seulgi smile “I promise noona”
“Okay then” Irene smile back to him
“I miss you these days because we’re not talking to each other” Seulgi confess bravely
“That’s why don’t make me upset. I will totally ignore whoever disappoint me or make me upset”
“I will try to not disappoint you or make you upset anymore”
“Alright, I take note of that” Irene smile sideway “Now tell me about whatever I don’t know between you and Junmyeon. To be honest, I don’t know what is bad in him. He is nice guy and he respect me as woman”
“He is not bad person but there is other thing that made me not happy with him” 
“Enlighten me”
Seulgi clear his throat “I don’t like him because he always bugging Wendy. Wendy doesn’t like him then she also told him to stay far away from her but Junmyeon is stubborn. He doesn’t listen to her. He never stop courting Wendy here and there at every chance he got. Wendy practically depress because of him. Seeing Wendy in that state makes me feel very sorry for her and that is the reason why I don’t like Junmyeon until now”
“You can just talk to him properly and tell him to stay away from Wendy, right?”
“I don’t want to talk with stubborn people so I make my own plan. From that moment, no one dare to step inside Kang Seulgi territory”
“Since it happened years ago, you should get over it for now. Don’t hold grudge. Try to see his good side”
Seulgi rubbed his nape “I decide to stop when I see that Wendy feel better but somehow I catch him still have his eyes on Wendy. I don’t want it to happen all over again”
“His love for Wendy is true” Irene chuckled
“But Wendy is not a type of dating at school. She love book more than men”
“If she not into dating, why did you so lovey dovey with her?” Irene curiosity rising again
“So that Junmyeon stop coming to her and that is the only way I can think that time. We just do it at school but not outside. At first, it’s hard for Wendy to act like that. It’s too awkward for both of us but we have to do that. Now both of us get used to it and skinship is not a big deal between both of us. Entire school thought that we’re dating” Seulgi laughed
“Of course everyone think that you’re dating. You and wendy really looked like a couple”
“Are we good together?”
“Sort of” both of them giggle
“I guess you also think that I date Wendy, isn’t it?” Seulgi smirk
“Of course, I noticed it on first day school”
Seulgi laughing at the answer “I never have romantic feeling towards her and she also same. We just holding hand and peck on cheek, that’s all. My first kiss still reserve for someone I really love”
“Wow, that person is really lucky” Irene pats Seulgi shoulder
“If I date her, I will make her feel that she is the luckiest woman in this world” Seulgi said dreamily
“Oh, you found that person already?” Irene got excited
“Yup”
“Who is that lucky girl?”
Seulgi turn shy and blushing “You really want to know?”
“Yes”
“Promise me that you will not shout or ignoring me after you know the girl I like”
“Okay, no problem”
“Pinky promise” Seulgi show his pinky finger and Irene link it with hers
“Now tell me”
“That person is…” Seulgi nervous “You”
Irene shocked and silent for a while “Me”
“Yup”
“Why me? I am your sister”
“I fall in love with you since the first day I saw you and one of the reasons I don’t want you to close with Junmyeon is because I am jealous” Seulgi confess his feeling for the first time
“I’m your sister, Seulgi-ah. We can’t have any sort of romantic relationship” Irene sighs
“You’re my sister on paper but not by blood so we don’t have any problem. We still can dating” Seulgi reasoning
“Do you think our family will agree? What if mommy and daddy get mad then they kick me out of this house? Make them disappointed is last thing I want to do”
“I will make sure you’re safe even if you kick out from here. I know mommy and daddy will not do that. They are strict but they are most understanding parents” Seulgi give reassurance. He really hope that Irene will agree to have relationship more than sibling with him
“Are you really sure with that?” Irene suddenly nervous with the sudden confession
“Yeah”
“Alright” Irene answer shortly
“Noona, please let me court you” Seulgi practically propose
Irene shut her eyes and rubbing her forehead then she let out sigh “I will give permission but with conditions”
Seulgi eyes sparkle “What is it?”
“Stop any kind of skinship with Wendy because I don’t like it. I don’t mind if you’re my brother but now you courting me, you have to prove that you really serious want to have special relationship with me”
“But I don’t know how to tell her” Seulgi pout
“Talk properly with her but make sure don’t let anyone know about us. It just you and me who know about this”
“Okay and I agree to have silent relationship” Seulgi said
“Good”
“I will talk to her next Monday”
“Alright”
“Is that the only condition?”
“No, I have one more”
“Okay then”
“Make peace with Kim Junmyeon” Irene stated
“What if he still disturbing Wendy?”
“You must have a talk with him. The best way to settle a problem is communication so you must communicate with him regarding this issue. I know he will understand”
“Okay, since it was your request so I agree”
“Alright, I will arrange your meeting with him soon as possible. Make sure you do it sincerely and not because of me”
“Okay” Seulgi nods his head “Anymore?”
“Last one is, don’t make us obvious. As you said, we’re in secret relationship so no public affection. Act like we’re sister and brother when anyone around”
“That’s mean I can do anything with you if just both of us alone?” Seulgi wink naughtily
“Yes but don’t go overboard”
“Alright then”
“Good”
“Don’t do something that make me jealous. You know that I get jealous easily” Seulgi said
“Sure and same goes to you”
“Okay, I’m not” Seulgi grin happily. He want to hug Irene but he know it’s not the right time to do it. He want to take it slow and he want Irene to know that he really serious with their relationship
“Let’s go inside. I want to rest” Irene said
“Sure, let’s go”

The sibling goes to school as usual and no more tension between any of them. As for Yeri, she doesn’t get cold anymore but the atmosphere is really warm and soothing. Suddenly she feel really peaceful more than usual.

When they arrive at school, Wendy and Joy waiting for them at the parking lot

“Hi, good morning” Wendy and Joy waving at them
“Good morning” they approaching the girls
Wendy linked her arms with Seulgi as she usually do and peck him on cheek “How are you today?”
“I’m fine” Seulgi smile awkwardly while stealing a glance at Irene. The older girl looked cool and her reaction is unreadable that make Seulgi worry
“No peck for me?” Wendy asked while they walk inside the building
“Sorry, I forgot” Seulgi hesitant to peck Wendy cheek but he have to do it because he not yet telling her to stop

Irene witness everything since she walk behind Seulgi and Wendy. She know Seulgi hesitant to do it and she not blame both of them because Wendy still clueless. She takes it easy this time but no more after this. That is what she said to herself

They separate way as their classes are at different direction. Irene saw Junmyeon at the hallway and run towards him

“Suho-ah!”
Junmyeon stop walking when he heard someone call his name and smile after he saw Irene
“Hi Hyunnie, good morning”
“Good morning” they start walking again “Do you have something to do this evening?”
“No, I’m free after school”
“Alright, can you go to the school garden right after our class end?”
“Why?” Suho puzzled
“Seulgi want to meet you”
“Kang Seulgi?” Suho froze as he hear that name
“Yes”
“Why he suddenly want to meet me? It so strange” Suho suddenly confuse
“He have something to tell you and don’t worry, I will be there too. No dangerous thing will happen” Irene assured her friend
“Okay then” Suho nods his head
“Let’s go” they walk again to the class

After she sit on her place, Irene fish out her phone from her pocket and got a text from Seulgi

Irene smile secretly after read the
