11:00 AM

Hello everyone, I am Kang Seulgi. Currently I just wake up from my good sleep and as you can see the time is almost afternoon. Well, I am well-known as sleepyhead in my family. I take after my mommy so yeah; sleeping is one of my hobbies. I am 16 years old and currently study at SONE High School. I have a younger sister named Kim Yerim. She is 2 years younger than me but sometimes she looked like my older sister. Yerim is mature early than her age.

*Door knocked*

Someone knocking my door, let me check it…

“Good morning Seulgi” this is Mrs. Choi, our maid and our caretaker

“Good morning imo” I flashed my charming smile to her. I and Yerim close to her since she takes care of us since we’re young until now. She’s really nice and we love her like our own family. Her husband is working as my dad driver and also my dad best friend.

“Your mommy and daddy were arrived. They want to see you downstairs” Imo said to me

“Okay, I want to take bath first then I will go down”

“Okay then”

“Imo~” I show my puppy eyes

“I know you’re hungry and I will heat the food for you” she pats my head

“Yeay, thanks imo!” I hugged her tightly. She’s like my second mom in this house and I guess she understand me more than mommy

“Go wash up quickly. Don’t let them wait for you”

“Alright imo” imo leave me and I proceed to do my not-so-call morning routine

I dress up with sleeveless shirt and jersey pant after take my shower. I grab my phone before leave my room and got a text from Yerim saying that she go out

Bear oppa, I go to bakery today. See you this evening

After reading the text, I go downstairs because my tummy keeps growling for food. I hummed my favorite song on the way to dining hall and from the doorstep; I heard mommy and daddy talking happily with imo. Wait, I also noticed that there is unfamiliar voice and that is sound like girl. Are we having new maid or Soonyoung noona come back from oversea?

Soonyoung noona is imo daughter and she also close with us. Currently she pursue her study at oversea and haven’t come back for months. If that is her, that’s mean fun will start soon *evil laugh*

I continue walking to the table and I noticed someone sit beside mommy. They are back-facing the entrance so I can’t see her yet. That is girl figure, guys *wink*

“Hi daddy, welcome home” I greet my dad and kiss his cheeks

“Hi mommy” I did the same to mommy

“Hi boy, how’s life?” daddy pats my bum

“Daddy, you sound like you leave me for years” I glare playfully at daddy and he laughed at me. Well, daddy is dorky type so he love to tease everyone

“You’re mood spoiler” daddy rolled his eyes

I laughed at daddy’s childish antic “Life is good when both of you’re away for 3 days”

“You’re not bullying your sister?” mommy asked me

“In fact, she bullying me the most” our laughter filled the room

“Where is her?”

“As usual mommy, she goes to bakery” I took a sit at the other side in front of mommy and the smiling girl

Shall I say that this is the first time I saw really beautiful girl? She is more beautiful than mommy, Yerim, Wendy and Joy. All this while, I said Wendy is prettier among every girl around me but now Wendy demote from the throne. Whoever she is, I swear I fall in love at first sight.

“Kim Seulgi!” mommy yell at me make me flinch

“Yes mommy” I asked innocently

“What make you stare at the table like you want to eat it?” mommy glare at me

My brain suddenly work hard to find the good answer before I embarrassing myself in front the goddess “I think about the Mathematics homework that teacher gave us for holiday” wow my brain *pats my own shoulder*

“Oh, I thought you sleep with your eyes open” mommy said

“No” I grin sheepishly

Mrs. Choi come with my breakfast and its make me drooling with just imagining how delicious the foods that make by her

“Daddy, all of you not eating?” I asked when I noticed that only me who have the food

“We finish eating already. Your food now is from our leftover” said daddy while I shoot a glare to him

“Just eat your food before we talk about something important” mommy said

“Okay mommy” I start devouring my food as I starving but still make sure I eat with manner. I finish my food in no time and gulp down the apple juice that I love so much

“You eat so fast” daddy eyes widen when he saw my plate was left nothing

“I’m starving daddy”

“Take the plate to sink then we will talk at living room” mommy command

“Alright” I quickly bring the plate and glass to the sink and not forget to joke around with imo who busy cook for lunch

I skipped to living room to join my parent and the goddess. I still can’t forget her pretty face. Don’t mistaken; I’m not ert but her face make me can’t get over her. I sit on the unoccupied couch and waiting for my parent to talk

“Daddy and mommy have something important to tell you and Yerim but since she is not around so daddy will tell you first” daddy speak

“Okay”

“Daddy would like to introduce Bae Juhyun. She is a girl who stayed at orphanage where we did our company charity event. Daddy and mommy bring her here because we want to help her to get a good future so from now on, she consider as your sister. She is a year older than you” I registered the new information that I just got

“So she will stay with us?” I asked after few minutes silent

“Yes”

“Treat her like you treat Yerim and respect her as older sister” mommy said softly

“Okay mommy, I will” being a good son I am, of course I will do that even if mommy not remind me. Who in their right mind will treat this goddess badly, right?

”After the school holiday, she will enroll at the same school with you so take care of her”

“Sure, no problem” it’s not a big problem to me and I don’t like it if erts bugging her

“After this, mommy and daddy will go out to meet uncle Yul to talk about custody on her so you assist her if she needs anything”

“Okay mommy, no problem”

“Good”

Soon as we done with the talk, imo call us to lunch but I still full so 3 of them have lunch together while I laze at living room while watching football match.

After lunch, mommy and daddy go out so that’s mean only me and her stay at home. Both of us sit at living room watching TV but my mind actually thinking how I should start the conversation. Suddenly I feel awkward around her. I gather every courage I have and I sit facing her

“Hi” I scratching my non-itchy nape

“Hi too” she smile sweetly towards me. Her bangs make her look stunning plus with her smile

“I am Kim Seulgi but I prefer everyone call me Kang Seulgi” I introduce myself. Oh right, I am Kim because daddy name is Kim Taeyeon while mommy is Jessica Jung or Jung Sooyeon. Guys, don’t ever mention her Korean name if you don’t want her to skin you alive. Only daddy allowed calling her with that name

“I am Bae Juhyun and also known as Irene” oh my God, not only her smile but her voice sound like a comforting music for me. Her name suits her too. Aigoo, I really fall for this angel

“Did my mom show you your room already?”

“Yes, she show me when we brought my stuff earlier”

“I guess I should show you around the house since you will be permanent resident here” I don’t know what happen to my mind but I want to talk comfortably with her without awkward feeling

“Sure”

“Shall we go now, noona?” she startled when I call her noona but I must call her noona since she’s older than me

“Okay”

We stroll around the ground floor first and I discover that she like flower because she’s excited when she saw mommy garden

“You like gardening?” I asked her while she crouch admiring the flowers

“No but I like flowers” she said happily

“I like flower too” I said absentmindedly

“Really?” she chuckled maybe she found it funny

“Yup, I like sunflower” I grin innocently

“It’s rare for a boy to like flower” she stand up and looking at me. Oh gosh, her eyes so pretty “Seulgi?” she snapped her finger in front of me

“Oh sorry” I come back to my sense
