“You think they’re gonna finally do it?”

The girl in question squinted her monolid eyes “No idea, Momo-unnie, I don’t think these toy binoculars you got me are actually meant to be actual binoculars.”

Momo huffed in frustration, “Those things costed me a fortune, you know how many game coins I bought just so I can win you those?” Dahyun simply rolled her eyes,

“Only because you because you were getting pissed at the guy operating the stand, plus you were eating cotton candy while trying to hit those stupid targets.” she replied smugly

Momo spluttered in shock, “It’s cotton candy!” she tried defending her point, “You can’t just not eat candy at the carnival! Like you can’t just have these two idiots flirting and not finally confess to each other!”

Waving her hand at two figures a good distance away, flirting with each other, at least in Dahmo’s eyes. One was laughing, while the other one was trying to contain her giggles about God Jihyo knows what. Dahyun with the help of the binoculars was also able to spot them holding hands, she huffed in frustration at how dense they were. The two spies investigating in a not so concealing bush next to a park bench were internally groaning. They swear that any more interaction of the two suspects will make their blood sugar rise to dangerous levels.

“Even holding hands while they’re skipping rocks!” Dahyun groaned at the sight of Chaeyoung cheering when Mina managed to hit five skips while Mina just smiled back softly. “Mina-unnie might as well be holding an engagement ring.”

Momo nodded, “I know right? Like how can two people that spend all their time together, skin ship and all, not even notice their own feelings?” Dahyun hummed in agreement

“But to be fair,” Dahyun sighed again and set the binoculars down when she saw their targets engage in another round in totally subtle flirting, “They’re both bottoms, doubt either of them know how to hit it off”

“Chaeyoung is one hundred percent the top.” Momo argued, “She has the girl crush vibe too.”

Dahyun stared at Momo for a few seconds and scoffed, “Have you seen Mina when someone else touches Chae? She was about to invoke the wrath of Armageddon when you kept kissing Chae on the cheek!”

Momo looks away from those glaring monolids, “I-I couldn’t help it! I’d have to be as unfeeling as Tzuyu to just ignore those pigtails! She’s literally a stuffed animal.” She sighed dreamily remembering the memory of the little cub’s adorable hairstyle

Dahyun went back to spying, her mood suddenly dropping from Momo’s statement “Yeah, yeah I get it, Chae’s cute.” She muttered; she was about to wrap up her…ahem-session with the two lovebirds before feeling two strong arms embracing her waist.

Dahyun yelped in surprise,” Momo-unnie?!”

Momo snuggled closer to the pale girl, resting her head on the latter’s shoulder, “You’re cute too, Dubu.”

Dahyun was taken back by the girl’s sudden actions, and felt heat rise to her cheeks “T-thanks, unnie…”

“Cuuuuute” Momo giggled, and snuggled closer, causing the younger girl to turn beet red.           

Dahyun struggled in the older girl’s grasp, “Unnie, stop, you’ll blow our cover!” she whined
