Stubborness is a kind of uncomprehensible persistence. Just like it is hard to figure out why there are few girls standing under the hot sun in a killing mid summer, holding heavy recorders, only to shoot the motion of a squirrel moving around the trees.

And not counting in the part of spotting a squirrel yet.

Meiqi was lifting the voice recorder and kept sweating, "My gosh, I'm going to die!"

"Shhh...It's coming out soon." Eunseo who was holding the camera was being sweaty as well. But she knew if they do not suceed in filming anything by the day, her shirt which has been soaked with sweat and everything they were currently suffering from would be ended up in vain.

"What takes so long for that SinB just to buy some walnuts..." Meiqi could not stand the soreness anymore and finally put her arms down. She should be able to record in time even if the squirrle pops out.

Eunseo rubbed her eye but she forgot her hand was sweaty and it hurtfully stung. She could not help but to keep blinking her eyes. Very soon her eye was suffused with blood and tears were pouring out.

Meiqi frowned and took out non-alcoholic wet tissues from her handbag. She pulled Eunseo nearer and wiped the surround of Eunseo's eyes carefully before moved on to wipe her hand. "Don't rub your eyes, how many times have I told you but you just don't listen, huh? Serve you right!"

"Sorry, it's my fault.."

Eunseo repeated twinkling her eyes to reduce the sting and discomfort. When she heard Meiqi blurt out "What the..." and was lightly poked by Meiqi, she upsetly said, "I've made my apology, you don't have to..."

Eunseo who was facing Meiqi did not see what was happening behind her. When Meiqi saw Seola walked towards them, she felt uneasy without a reason, thinking the distance of her and Eunseo was quite vague so she quickly pushed the latter away.

Seola remained expressionless, Meiqi could not tell if she was angry or not.

"Something's so wrong about Seola eonnie. She needs a checkup..."

"What? I think you're the one who forgot to take your pills." Eunseo rolled her eyes.

Meiqi signalled Eunseo on the sly to look behind her. Eunseo turned back and saw Seola, her face instantly put on a pleasant and joyful expression. Without any doubt, she put her camera down and ran to Seola with a smile.

It was Meiqi's turn to feel speechless this time. Who was that person who insisted to wait for the appearance of squirrel. Now who was that person to abandon the recorder once she saw her dearest girlfriend? How if the squirrel comes out right at that moment?

Meiqi almost swore but then she saw SinB came back with a package of walnuts. Finally here came someone who can replace her position.

"What brings you here?" Eunseo happily hugged Seola.

Seola tactfully pulled Eunseo backward, quirked the corner of and soften her expression, "To see how's your project going on."

Eunseo noticed Seola was in her office wear and asked, "Aren't you going to work today?"

"I've met my client so now, I'll be free for the whole day."

"Then how did you know that I'm here?" Eunseo remembered she did not tell Seola anything about her schedule.

"From the photos you posted?"

Eunseo was suddenly enlightened. She embarrassedly patted her own head and lifted up a bright smile. "Heh, you're so smart."

Seola took a bottle of cold mineral water out from her bag. "Here you are."

"Thank you." Eunseo held the bottle tightly in her arms. The water did not cost much but it was the thought that counts.

The surprise did not end here. Seola took a paper towel and wiped off the sweat on Eunseo's forehead, Eunseo was completely stunned by that movement. It was the first time ever she felt the gentleness and intimacy of Seola in public. Seola has been very resistant to show any closeness towards Eunseo, especially in the presence of someone else.

Eunseo is the type who can have intimate skinships with anyone at anytime, anywhere as long as they are her close friends. However, to Seola, even just for a hug, Eunseo can only do it when Seola is in a good mood.

Maybe she would be teased, but seeing this gentle side of Seola, it caused a stir inside Eunseo and made her eyes watery.

"You should get back to your work." Seola pointed at another direction by raising her chin.

End of touching moments, Eunseo narrowed her smiley eyes and said, "I'll be back soon!"

When Eunseo came back, Meiqi mumbled, "Such a friend, Eunseo... You have to be glad the squirrel is still hiding itself somewhere."

"She's right. How could you just neglect your job and go for a date?" SinB echoed.

"Sorry and thanks for your help. Love you!" Eunseo lifted her hands and made a big heart.

Meiqi glanced at Seola who was standing under the shade of some trees, feeling exasperated to see how her bestie behaved. "How useless you are, it's just one bottle of water to make you this happy. Everyone can tell your tail is peeping out now!"

"Am I a fox to you?" Eunseo pouted.

"More like a golden retriever to me."

"You must be a corgi then..."

"Squirrel!" SinB's sudden shout successfully stopped the other two from bickering. Both of them hushed and stared at SinB at the same time.

After another hour, the filming was wrapped up perfectly. Eunseo promised Meiqi and SinB a treat in future in exchange of having them bring those equipment back to campus.

Selectively ignored her speechless friends behind her, Eunseo ran towards Seola who has maintained the same standing posture throughout the hour.

"Done?" Seola smiled and grabbed Eunseo's hand. "Let's go."

Eunseo was flattered, or even more astonished. She mindlessly followed Seola, staring at the right hand which was holding her. Her day was filled with delights as if everything was a dream.

She never knew it was such a wonderful thing to walk hand in hand with the person she loves on the street. Her broad smile was beaming on her face and totally could not hide her inner happiness.

After a while, Eunseo found that the street scenery was quite unfamiliar. "This is not the way home, isn't it?"

Seola turned her head and smiled, "Dinner time, let's have something good as your birthday celebration."

"Birthday celebration?" Eunseo paused, both her mind and her footsteps.

Seola looked at her admirely, "Seems like someone is too busy with graduation project till she forgets her own birthday ya?"

"Yeah...right..I forgot..." Eunseo scratched her head, trying to hide her uneasiness. When she glimpsed the hand that was still holding on her, a little dimness lingering within her eyes, but she very quickly glossed it over with a grin.

"Such a fool." Seola softly Eunseo's hair and continued to walk. She did not noticed the expression changes of Eunseo at all.

The restaurant Seola picked was nice, or could be described as elegant and high-class. For the first time Eunseo had the chance to enjoy supreme serving services only for a meal. The dinner took them more than two hours. There were about ten dishes served from appetizers to desserts, even the wine was alternated according to the dishes.

Eunseo was casually dressed, therefore she seemed to be not fitting in with the atmosphere of the restaurant. She had indescribable feelings when the waiter placed a cake in front of her and Seola sang the birthday song for her.

"Happy birthday! Make your wish."

Eunseo crossed her fingers and closed her eyes. Her tears could not help but slid down her cheeks.

Seola flustered, "Why are you crying?"

Eunseo shook her head, smiled and blew the candles within a breath. "I'm touched...And you sang well.."

"You're really a fool." This was the second time Seola reached out her hand to caress Eunseo's head.

Eunseo looked at Seola, wondering how good it would be if every day is like today.

We are all fools, both you and I, are being silly. I am a fool, pretending I do not mind at all in corresponding and acting to everything you do. And you, you are a fool, unable to tell if I am really sad or happy. You believe everything I say. Everything...
