“We’re going to Korea” my mom announced as she walks in the living room, Me, my brother and my dad stopped on whatever were doing as we all turned to look at her looking very shocked on what she just said.

“Are you serious?” my dad asked, not really sure if mom’s just bluffing us, cause she usually do that to prank us,

“I’m dead serious. Do I look like I’m just kidding you?” she replied,“I mean, you always prank us mom, so we’re just making sure if it’s real this time” said my brother, mom wanted to laugh at how serious we all look. “Look, I know I do it sometimes, but it’s real this time, and” she paused as she reached something on her bag and pulled some tickets, ‘plane tickets’ as she said “I already bought us our plane tickets and we’re leaving in two days.”

My eyes grew big as she said that we’re leaving in two days, and I barely finished my report for my major subjects, “you’re kidding me, mom”, she looked at me and replied “I am not kidding you miss” and gave me a teasing smile.“I still have reports to finish and the deadline is coming!!!” I protest, I really don’t know what to do if I didn’t pass the reports on time, my professors will sure kill me, this is the only way to pass our finals.

I lied down onto the couch and buried my face onto the pillow; college is gonna kill me in no time, I’m on my third year on college and so far, I’m doing good and keeping my grades high, enough to pass this year and getting myself ready for the last year in college.

“Why are we going to Korea again” I’m sure that’s my brother, he tend to asked sudden questions,

“Didn’t I told you guys?” said Mom, “told us what?” t’was Dad,

“We’re moving”

 I quickly stood up and I didn’t know my dad and brother did the same, like, it was really shocking, it’s like yesterday I’m still going to my university, still going to malls and roaming around London, the next thing I know is I’m already in Korea and barely even know anything about the place.

“WHATTTT?!” my brother and I said in unison, “You’ve got to be kidding me, mom!”, “How about school?! I haven’t even finish college here”, “why so sudden?!”, we bombarded her with questions

“John, care to explain it to them?” mom said, and I got more shocked, our Dad knows about it and he didn’t event tell us a thing,
