-Taeyeon’s POV-

It’s been two weeks since I last saw her, two agonizing weekwithout her, two week of crying my heart out, two weeks I blamed myself for what happened between two of us. If only I could wait to tell her my feeling, it wouldn’t be ended like this. I sighed again and again, life seems very boring without her beside me like usual but I guess I should try to get accustomed with it since I don’t know when will I see her again. A pat on my shoulder brought me back out of my reverie; I looked up and saw the face of Kwon Yuri.

“Tae…”

“I’m alright, Yul. Just… give me some time alone more”

“Nu-uh, you’re slowly becoming an emo girl if I let you alone too long” She tugged my arm “Come on Taeng, everyone’s waiting”

“Waiting? Waiting for what?”

“They’re waiting for you DUH! Come on, get you lazy up!” a sly smirk appears on her face which give me a bad feeling, a very bad one. “Unless, you want to face the HellSica when you see her” See? Got my point? I shivered at the image of the cold glare that belongs to Yul’s girlfriend; Jessica. She got the nickname ‘ice princess’ not for nothing. I swear every time she lets the deathly glare of her, the temperature of the room dropped few degrees! I gulped hard and immediately nodded

“Good girl!” Yuri laughed as she wraps her arm around my shoulder while I just sighed, making Jessica angry means you dig your own grave and sometime I wonder how Yuri can tames Sica because no one else can do what she does. Well maybe that’s why they’re together now.

“Sometimes I wonder how you can survive with Sica as your girl, Yul”

Yuri just laughed “Well my dear friend, Sica-baby loves me too much to kill me”

I merely rolled my eyes at her cocky answer, sometimes I envy their relationship; they’re so affectionate to each other and sometimes don’t know when to stop their PDA.

“Do you already have a plan where will you continue your study?” Yuri asked me making me stopped on my track “Tae?”

“I remember there’s something I wanna tell all of you. We’d better hurry” I told her and she only gave me a puzzled look, sensing her confusion I just gave her a subtle answer “You were asking where will I continue my study, right? Let’s just said what I want to tell you guys are regarding that matter” Yuri just stared at me before flung her arm around my shoulder

“Then let’s get going. If we’re late Sica-baby will kill us with her glare”

20 minutes later

Finally we arrived at the café, the traffic was quite jammed today so it takes longer to get here. By the time we reached the booth, we were greeted by Jessica’s famous deathly glare. I gulped hard and could see Yuri doing the same things; I guess she’s still affected by that glare. Almost immediately we can feel the chill running through our body.

“Kwon Seobang. Do you know what time is it?” Jessica asked with a very cold tone. Yuri started to sweat

“Uh… it’s 13.20 pm… Sica baby”

“And what time we supposed to meet here?”

“13.00…” Yuri voice trailed off. I chuckled inside, not brave enough to actually do that when Jessica is on her “Sergeant’ mode

“You do know that I dislike someone who didn’t come in time, don’t you?”

“……yes Sica baby…”

But fortunately before Jessica could said more, Seohyun stood up and calmed her down; which both Yuri and I very grateful to. Who knows what Sica might gives to us as punishment for being late.

“Both of you are lucky this time, especially you Kim Taeyeon” Jessica glared at me. I just let out a nervous laugh and praying hard to God on my mind. “And Kwon Seobang, your punishment is to buy me the new Gucci handbag and lots of new books” Jessica said to Yuri as she sat down, “Oh, and one more thing… You’re sleeping on the couch for a week”

“Whaat????” Yuri shouted which makes me flinch and instinctively cover both of my ears. Yuri’s face was priceless, agape open and her eyes widen twice from their normal size.

“You heard me, Kwon. Now sit down nicely. Or else”

Me and Yuri immediately grab empty seats and sat down. From the corner of my eyes I could see Yoona snickered.

“What’s your problem, Yoong?” asked Yuri with irritation on her voice

“Oh, it’s nothing Unnie. Nothing at all” Yoona answered with a wide grin on her face

“Stop it both of you. We’re here not to listen two of you bickering at each other!” Sunny scolded them. I swear she could be as scary as Sica when she’s really angry. Sunny then patted my shoulder and smiled warmly at me

“Glad to have you here again, Taeng” She said while pulling me into hug. Me and sunny were known as the “Dandyu” duo since we’re the shortest in this group. I hugged her back and smiled

“Yeah, I miss hanging out with you girls” She let me go and laughed.

“We have lots of thing to catch up!”

“Yeah and I’m here to announce something” My words immediately catches everyone’s attention. Their eyes fixed at me, and I started to gulp.

“Uh… it’s regarding university thing… I got scholarship from Yale University in USA”

Everyone’s jaws dropped, literally, even Sica’s. Seohyun was the one who recovered first

“Unnie, it’s really great. Congratulation for your scholarship” Seohyun smiled gently

I smiled back at her and next thing I know was someone slapped my back really hard. It's our Kim-choding, Hyoyeon
"Way to go Taenggoo! Good Job!" She grinned, I grinned back at her and I saw Yoona gives me a thumb up sign. Yuri patted my head
"I thought it was just a simple news that you want to told us, but you just had to dropped the bomb now. But anyway, I'm happy for you Tae. Good Luck" I smiled at her words but then Jessica blew it all with a simple question
"Have you told Tiff yet?" I froze at the mention of her name which everyone noticed it much to my disappointment
"What's wrong with you and Fany?" I looked away trying to hide the tears that threaten to fall anytime now. Those pain come back again and in full force. I didn’t tell anyone except from Yul; because she knows my secret and her name was the first one that flashed through my mind after she left me. Jessica suddenly pulled me into a hug, catching me by surprise
"I'm sorry Taeng. I shouldn't have asked"
"It's okay. You don't know about it"
"I... don't want to talk about it yet Sica..."
"I understand and once again I'm sorry"
"Don't be. But can you do me a favor?"
"what is it?"
"Don't tell Tiffany about this. About I'm leaving this country"
Everyone gasped. They knew that me and Tiffany were a best friend, we rarely go anywhere without each other. But now when I'm leaving, I asked them to keep a secret from her.
"Taeng, are you sure?" asked Sooyoung
"Yeah. I'm 100 % sure"
"Alright, I understand. I wont tell Tiffany about this" Sooyoung said and the others nodded in agreement with her. I really feel grateful for what they've done to me. I just cant face Tiffany just yet and I bet she doesn't want to meet me too.
"I wont force you to tell us about what had happened between you and Fany,but whatever it is I hope you two can figure a way out of this."  said Sunny. I was going to thank Sunny when the door of the cafe opened; revealing someone that I do not wish to see just yet, Tiffany.
