*Whistle blows*

"And that's the final whistle! They've done it! Champions of Middle School!"

She lays down on the floor, completely exhausted from all the running and shouting to her teammates. As she continues laying down, chest heaving and almost out of breath, she brings her hands to her face.

"Dahyun!" She heard two people shouting for her. She recognizes their voices, smiling as she let her hands fall onto her side. She looks up to see 2 of her favorite people, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu, staring down at her, big smiles etched on their faces. They both held one hand out for her to grab and she gladly obliged, being hoisted up as she grabbed onto their hands. They looked at each other, before engulfing in a big group hug as slowly their teammates joined their group hug session. 

Once they broke away from the hug, they went to console their opposition and congratulation them on their efforts for trying to beat them. Minutes later, the opposition team was up, receiving their Runner-Up medals. Once their team captain received the last Runner-Up medal, Dahyun saw the trophy being placed onto the podium. She couldn't stop smiling, with the Captain's armband on her left, she looks to the sky and gave a silent prayer.

'Mum, Dad, This victory goes out to you. I hope you're proud of me.'

"Dahyun! Let's go, bro!" Chaeyoung shouts at her as she receives her Winners medal. Dahyun jogged to the people giving out the medals and gave a firm handshake to every single one of them, thanking them as they congratulate her for leading her team to the Championship. As the Winners Medal was around her neck, the presenters moved aside to let her move towards the Championship Trophy sitting on top of the podium. She exhales loudly and looks at her teammates. Every single one of them having a big smile on their faces, some of them crying, some were having sad expressions, knowing that this is their last game for Middle School. She looks at her two best friends, standing between her. Chaeyoung gave her a small smile and a nod while Tzuyu does the same. She looked at the Trophy and walked towards it, her team behind her back.

She grabbed the grips of the Trophy and looks again behind her. She hears the crowd going silent for a few seconds and the looks at her teammates, all crouching down, waiting for her to lift the trophy. She gives a small smirk and lifts the trophy with all her might into the air, while screaming her lungs out. Confetti was shot into the air as the crowd erupted into cheers and joy and they celebrated together with their team. Dahyun kissed the trophy and let Chaeyoung have her turn in lifting the trophy. 

As the trophy was passed down to every single member, she couldn't help but let a lone tear drop.

'Our last game, our victory. They will always hold a special place in my heart.'
