2. First Meeting

Spring 2000

Four-year-old Lee Chaeyeon was playing in her backyard with her family maids when her father, CEO Lee, called her.

“Yes, Daddy!”

“Chaeyeon we will have guests later, go and get ready.”

“Ok, Daddy!”

Chaeyeon is the only child to CEO Lee and Madam Lee, although she is only four, she is mature for her age while still being a four year old. Her parents would spoil her but also teaches between right and wrong. Working hard or doing good to get what she wants. CEO Lee and Madam Lee are both choreographers who own Lee Studio, a well-known dance studio who choreographs many famous dances. Chaeyeon also is a dancer in training, trained by her parents.

Chaeyeon went downstairs when she was done getting ready, she didn’t know who the guests are, so she looks around for her parents. She stops when she saw her parents, she walks over to them and greeted them.

“Hello, Mommy and Daddy.”

“Hello Sweetheart,” Chaeyeon mom said giving her smile, while her dad pats her head.

“Who is going to be here later?”

“Oh, Chaeyeon it’s your father’s best friend. He is coming with his wife and his daughter. I believe she’s the same age as you. Right Honey?”

“Yes, Sakura is 4 this year. You are going to have a new friend Chaeyeon.”

“Really! Yay!” Chaeyeon said as she jumps, more like hops, up and down while her parents chuckle.

After waiting for a little bit, the doorbell rang. Chaeyeon was excited to meet the guests, while CEO Lee went to greet his best friend. Chaeyeon walks over with her mother, where they were introduced to the newcomers. She notices a girl standing across from her, she was stunned by the girl’s beauty even if she was a girl. She was snapped back to her reality when her father called for her.

“Chaeyeon, come here.”

“This is my daughter, Chaeyeon. Chaeyeon go say hi to Mr. and Mrs. Miyawaki.”

“Hello Sir and Madam, I am Lee Chaeyeon, it is a pleasure to meet you,” Chaeyeon sai
