Hyejin Pov

I ran and ran as i couldn't help but cried all my emotions out. Before i knew it, i was outside the cafe i wanted to work at. I ran inside and everyone stared at me. The customers felt disturbed as they glared at me while whispering some cursing words. The woman who interviewed me walked out of the counter and looked at me.

"Are you alright?" I wanted to nod my head. I wanted to say i am fine but no words were able to come out of my mouth. I was sad, i was confused. I hung my head low as i shook my head. She walked to me as she hold out her hand for me to hold.

"Here hold my hand." She said and i did. Her hand was cold but she was so kind. Cold hands but she has a warm heart. She lead me to the room inside which is, only staffs can enter. I sat down as she sat beside me. 

"Whats wrong?" She asked and i wiped my tears as i took a deep breath before speaking.

"My grandma... What is wrong with this neighbourhood?" I asked and she was slightly taken aback but the sudden question.

"I- why?" 

"My grandma talked about why i couldn't go to this neighbourhood or they will find me... Who?" I asked as tears filled my eyes. She panicked as she stood up. Her breathing was heavy, as if she knew something. I took out the book given by grandma and showed her.

"What is this?" I bombard her with questions and she bit her lips, contemplating whether she should tell me.

"You should read the book first, if you still feel confused call me." She said as she walked out of the room. I looked down at the book and it was the book grandma used to read to me.

"One day the demon wondered around, finding for happiness. He has everything, money, power, family but one thing he couldn't have despite having all that.. Happiness. He walks around and finally, he saw her. As the wind blew, her hair revealing her face as cherry blossom fell around her . It was a beautiful sight, he thought to himself. He wanted her, he wanted to make her his wife. He walks to her and he could feel his heart beat faster. He hold her shoulder and he can sense the pure blood in her, she was human." 

I flipped to the second page.

"She turned around and gave him the sweetest smile he has ever seen in the world. Yes, he wanted her. Soon they went on dates and he revealed himself to be the demon of the dragon clan. He was the black dragon everyone was afraid of. The woman looked at him, still smiling as she said, if you were really that dangerous would have hurt me. She trusted him so much and they got married."
