The next morning at school, Chaeyeon and Minju walks together to their classroom.

Minju notices that Chaeyeon have been coughing lately so she brought her hand to Chaeyeon’s forehead to check her temperature. 

“You’ve been coughing since yesterday and you have a fever, you should go see a doctor first.” Minju told her, looking at her.

”Come with me to the hospital.” Chaeyeon said, pouting at her.

”What? Are you a little kid? I have to study.” Minju said, laughing at her.

”Until when? Until 10:00 pm? Just study at home.” Chaeyeon told her, with a frown in her face.

”I go to the library everyday, what’s wrong with you?” Minju asked. 

“I was with you everytime- 

Chaeyeon cuts her sentence off when she realised what she’s saying.

Minju looks at her, a confused smile on her face.

”Whatever. The bike, you have to bring the bike anyway since I can’t ride it because I’m sick.” Chaeyeon told her.

”When it gets dark while you’re riding, you might fall and hurt your legs. What are you going to do then?” Chaeyeon worriedly asked.

Minju looks at her, confused. 

“What? Hurry and go.” Minju told her. 

Chaeyeon didn’t move. 

“Go!” Minju exclaimed, pushing Chaeyeon towards their classroom.

Later on that night, Minju goes to pick up Chaeyeon’s bike from the repair shop only to encounter Yujin once again. 

This time, she has an umbrella with her and holds it above Minju’s head to protect her from the rain. Minju looks at her.  

“You don’t have an umbrella, do you? It was worthwhile waiting.” Yujin said, smiling at her. 

Minju only looks at her.

”It’s about time i look cool.” Yujin said while giggling.

Minju laughs. “Did i tell you that you’re really cheesy?” Minju asked. 

Yujin nodded. “You mean your heart fluttered again, right?” Yujin asked.

Minju only smiled at her. Yujin notices the bike that Minju is holding. 

“Do you want to leave that and walk with me?” Yujin asked. 

Minju looks at her, thinking if she would just leave the bike.

”Let’s walk.” Yujin said. 

“Together.”

Minju ends up taking Yujin’s offer to walk home with her and forgets about Chaeyeon’s bike. They have fun together talking about random things until they reached Minju’s house. 

“Thanks for today, I’m going in. Bye.” 

Minju begans to enter the house when Yujin’s voice stop her. 

“By any chance.. can you answer my question today?” Yujin asked.

They look at each other. 

“What?” Minju questioned. 

“On my first day, we met in front of the school wall.” Yujin said

Minju nodded. 

“Since then, we accidentally met a few times. I asked you questions and we laughed together.”  Yujin said, looking at her deeply.

”It was all my expression of my feelings for you.” Yujin confessed. 

Minju frowns at her. 

“I thought you knew.” Yujin said. 

They got silent for a few seconds. 

“Maybe i should’ve just kept it short..” Yujin paused.

”I like you.”

Yujin confessed. 

“Do you want to go out with me?”  Yujin asked.

Minju got silent, she didn’t know what to say while Yujin waits for an answer.

”No.”  

“Sorry..”

Minju said, while frowning.

Yujin’s heart broke. She didn’t expect this rejection.

”Is it because of Lee Chaeyeon?” 

Yujin asked, frowning.

Minju don’t know how to answer, she just just got silent, tears starts to fill up her eyes. 

I’m sorry Yujin..

I just can’t.
