- 01. Please subscribe to the shop. This is to ensure that you'll know when your poster is ready.
- 02. Fill out the form correctly. See in the foreword.
- 03. Drafted and unpublished stories are not accepted.
- 04. Patience is a virtue; I have a life outside of AFF. But please do PM with a polite message if ever it gets too long.
- 05. No redos unless it's a mistake on the designer's part.
- 06. Don't request at another shop for the same story. 
- 07. Comment with each request and pickup; cancel within 24 hours or ASAP
- 08. Use the graphics for at least a month.
- 09. Save the graphics to your own image host. I am not responsible for any graphic losses due to portfolio spring cleaning.
- 10. The password is Victoria Song Qian.
- 11. Please do not edit the graphic(s) in any way
- 12. Leave feedback! I work really hard and would like to know what you actually like about it T-T
- 13. Give credit when credit is due. Link the banner back to the shop and also credit with the designer's name (i.e graphics by -hypnotized @ walking-paradox™ graphic shop). To use the banner, right click on the image and then click open in a new tab, or simply drag it to a new tab.
- 14. You can use the poster outside of AFF, but the rule still apply: please credit the me and the shop, but you don't have to link back!
- 15. A requester will be put on the blacklist if the rules are not followed.

Q1. Can I request? And how many times can I request?

Yes! You can request as long as the shop is open, your designer is available and you've filled out the form correctly.

You're allowed to request as many times as you can, as long as the shop is open. 

Q2. How long will it take for my request to be completed?

We give our designers a two-week grace, meaning they have 14 days from the time your request was accepted to complete it. Your designer may finish it within hours, a day, a week or even two weeks. Please take into consideration that we all have different activities going on in our lives that may affect the completion time of your graphic. If your graphics haven't been completed in two weeks, please kindly message one of the admins. Please do not rush for completion; a day or two is not a justified reason to contact an admin.

Q3. And how did I get blacklisted?
 

A user will be blacklisted if two or more rules are broken, or if a main, important rule is broken. You will be blacklisted as well if you don't pick up your poster within a week, credit, or use the graphic for a month.
