I remember getting an advice from someone.
That person once told me that I shouldn’t be in a relationship with anyone whom I wouldn’t marry,
for it’s a waste of time and takes me off the market.
That I shouldn’t worry about relationships.
That I should build friendships, and one day, maybe I’ll suddenly meet my soulmate
and will want to spend the rest of my life with that significant other.
That my young life shouldn’t be spent trying to fall in love or even having to worry about a partner.
That my life right now should be filled with spending time on finding myself and building friendships.
Too bad that this advice was from my best friend.
My best friend that I’m currently in love with.
My best friend who is currently taken.

This is actually the 3/3 of my Christmas gift to my readers! THREE parts because it’s been more than three years since I’ve been on this website. Oh Sehun will be the lead male for this one-shot and honestly, this guy has been steadily climbing up my EXO bias list (more like creeping up). I also just realized that I have a lot of Sehun ongoing stories but like, not one-shots (that I’m actually proud of—there’s a difference LMAO). The title is subject to change, but I actually like it so unless I find something else that’s more satisfactory, I think Early Bird will remain as this one-shot's title.
And like my usual one-shots, this is probably going to be quite long. If you cannot handle long one-shots, then don't read this LMAO.
I honestly do not know how long will I take to complete this one-shot, so I can only ask for you guys to be super patient with me. Thank you all in advance and I swear I won’t disappoint you!
