I’m cursed.

 

 

The curse is really bad, because when I have a relationship with someone, that person will die, I was cursed when I was still a newborn, my dad said that our family is pretty different, because back in the old days, our ancestors had powers like Telepathy, Pyrokenesis, Teleportation, Precognition, etc.,

but all of them were cursed too, and it’s very common to our family to be affected by it because of our blood, but in this recent era, it’s super rare now because none of my family was affected by it, except for me.

Sakura’s POV

 

I was going to my friends house because my friend will have a party there, while I was walking, I bumped into someone, I backed up and she stayed in her position, I decided to walk past her but she blocked me, 

 

“Don’t go to your friend’s house.”

 

“H-huh why?”

 

“Just don’t go to your friend’s house.”

 

I stayed silent and tried to walk past her, but she blocked me and held my wrist, we were really close, so close that I can hear her breath,

 

“I said don’t go to your friends house.”

 

“W-What if I want to?”

 

She then grabs her pocketknife placed it on my waist 

 

“You will die.”

 

I was frozen, I can feel the knife on my waist ,but then I decided to talk,

 

“I can do whatever I want—“

 

“Die or go home?”

 

I couldn’t talk anymore because of that question, she then started to talk again,

 

“I’ll be watching you.” she said and walked away, when she’s now out of sight, I’m still paranoid because of what she said, so I decided to listen to her and made an excuse to my friend,

It’s already late and I was now going home, my house is pretty far so I decided to take a short cut, while I was walking, someone grabs my wrist, tightly.

 

“Don’t go there.” A voice said

 

I looked at the back to see the person,it’s her again, she’s still grabbing my hand, and it still hurts,

 

“You again, what are you doing here?”

 

“Don’t. Go. There.” She said as she tightens her grip every word,

 

“My wrist hurts!”

 

She then let’s go, I massaged my wrist because it hurts really bad,

 

“Just go and find another pathway.”

 

“Why? Are you my guardian or whatever?”

 

“Just trust me and don’t go there or you will meet your death soon.” she said as she walks away,

 

I was so confused about what she said, I will meet my death?, no one is there, how would I die there?, but then I decided to follow that mysterious girl and just go another way.

My friends invited me on going to a bar to drink, I accepted their offer and now going there, as I walk, I can hear a person from behind running, as the person got closer, she grabs my wrist,

 

“Don’t drink there.”

 

“Why are you here again? who do you think you are to threaten me to not have fun?”

 

“I’m your savior.”

 

“What do you mean savior?”

 

“Turn down the invitation. Now.”

 

“Why—“

 

She then quickly pulled her knife out,

 

“Do it. NOW.”

 

I quickly obeyed her and messaged my friend that I can’t go,

 

“There, happy?”

 

“Yes.” She said and walks away,

 

I looked at her confusingly, and she stops midway.

 

“And remember Sakura-ssi, I’m watching you.”
