Haecheon
Located in Gyeongsangbuk-do, the city of Haecheon is well known for its rich culture and beautiful scenery. October is when the famous mask festival is held, full of traditional dress, fireworks, and activities in the streets. However most notable, is the vast evergreen forest and lovely ocean-side beach. It has a more modernized downtown area with a huge shopping centre; a bunch of restaurants and bars; dance clubs; movie theatre; library; ice rink; and a museum among a variety of other destinations. There is a more residential area where the schools are located, close to the suburbs, with more modern looking houses. But eventually things get a lot more traditional and smaller scale. There is a neighborhood that has very traditional Korean houses, and though it’s a great spot for tourists, it houses mostly lower income families. The youth spend most of their time downtown for obvious reasons. While the elderly enjoy hikes in the forest and leisure time by the beach, when the young folk aren’t having parties down there. Haecheon is very much the kind of place where nothing ever really happens, and the local news is often reporting on global or national events, when they aren’t reporting on local street food or high school science fairs. Even if it seems quaint, no matter what, there is lots to enjoy when you visit Haecheon.

Werewolves
Werewolves have the ability to transform into a huge wolf-like creature at will, although they are forced by law to only shift during the full moon. This was enforced as a means to prevent frequent deaths and keep their identity a secret. However in actuality it is more detrimental, since frequent shifting means more control of one’s inner wolf. Likewise less frequent shifting, means lesser control. Unlike vampires, werewolves must kill to feed, as they need to consume the heart and liver of prey. As such, a werewolf kill is far harder to cover up. Werewolves are also highly territorial creatures, who mark out their hunting grounds, although they can be persuaded to share it. They form packs for protection and companionship, on top of allowing for easier governance. Among the Night World, werewolves are frequently treated poorly and seen as "second-class citizens". They are thought to be more stupid than others because they are "more wolf than human", although this assessment is likely a propagated stereotype generated out of fear. There are also werewolves known as 'rogues', who live outside the Night World, hunting and killing wherever and whenever they please. These werewolves are often marked for execution, due to the threat they pose to the rest of their species and Night World society as a whole.

Since then there has mostly just been up keep done on the building, and it’s long history is noted through portraits of graduated classes gracing the walls of the school.

Vampires
Vampires are supernatural, undead, immortal beings that were once human, but were turned by another vampire. To survive, vampires need to feed from the blood of humans, and, in some cases, animals. However they can and will often consume human food and drink, when well replenished with blood. This is because they are reanimated human corpses, inhabited by the spirits of the deceased person, as well as a fragmented demon. Which is why vampires can show both the empathy and devotion of a human, as well as the apathy and savagery of a beast. Even so, vampires closely resemble the living human they were before their transformation. Except for when they intend to feed or engage in combat, in which case their faces morph and fangs are grown. As is common knowledge, vampires feed and survive on the blood of the living, typically on that of humans, and can also transform other humans into more of their kind. This is how the species continues on, as vampires are infertile. When a vampire turns a human, it is called siring, and the bond between the sire and newly created vampire, is equated to that of a parent-child bond. This why Vampire Clans, are often smaller in number, and formed like that of a family. Due to their immortal li
