Dongwoon:  My girlfriend has broken up with me. What am I supposed to do?

Minah: Looks like it is National Heartbreaking Day today. There’s nothing we can do. LOL

Dongwoon: Is it? Well, that’s sad.

Minah: I know. So, what happened?

Dongwoon: I failed her.

M: Same thing here.

D: She found another guy even before I can tell her how much I love her.

M: She cheated on you?

D: I was and am to blame.

M: Hmp. How old are you?

D: 21. Why’d you ask?

M: You seem … I don’t know whether you’re stupid or just matured.

D: Is loving someone stupid?

M: I didn’t mean that. Sorry.

D: Ok. (Message sent 11:10PM)

This guy is so stubborn. Minahthought to herself after reading the last message.No wonder his girlfriend cheated on him.

But then, after all, here I am… brokenhearted too. My boyfriend also cheated on me. We’re just on the same spot now. Was I rude? Maybe this is the reason why I’m sad right now and he’s not with me… Because I think I know everything. My mistake.

Minah was surprised for another text came from the anon’s number.

D: Your turn. What happened?

Minah thought well before replying.

M: I am searching for my true happiness right now.

D: What? So… Did you find God now?

M: I don’t know.

D: I don’t believe you’re the one who broke up with him, missy. You’re brokenhearted too, as your prev txts imply. Only stupid people cry after being the one who initiates the break-up.

M: Don’t you sometimes let go of things even if it’s out of your will?

D: How old are you?

M: 18

D: Then soul-searching is not the reason.

M: Mr. Know-It- All, I’m not like some other teenage rebel out there smoking cigars or taking drugs.

Minah was irritated already. Does he have to rub it in? That my boyfriend cheated on me? That I’m not the one who broke up with Kai?

M: Actually, I haven’t broken up with him yet.

D: So why are you heartbroken?

M: Just because.

D: You saw him with another girl right? What was the name of the guy again?

Aish! I forgot! This guy read my blogpost! He knows everything!

M: The girl is just a friend.

D: I’m going through hell right now.

Dongwoon’s phone rang. Sulli was calling.

Without a doubt, Dongwoon answered the phone.

Sulli’s voice was shaking, “Dongwoon, where are you now?”

“I’m at the dorm.” Dongwoon answered coldly.

“Can we talk?”

“We’re talking right now.”

Dongwoon made sure to sound careless. Sulli continued talking on the phone but Dongwoon cannot hear her. His mind is full of thoughts. Until, what he wanted to say, he just said.

“I love you. Do you feel the same?”

“Of course. Let me ---“ Sulli said.

“Then okay. We’re good” Dongwoon said.

“Dongwoon…”

“I love you. Even if you answered no of what I asked you, nothing else would matter. I just wanted to know.”

Sulli did not answer.

“You shall sleep now. I’m going to sleep now. I love you.”

“Yes, I—“ before Sulli could even answer, Dongwoon disconnected the call.

Dongwoon laid his head and he quickly fell asleep.

Meanwhile…

“Who was it?” Someone suddenly hugged her from behind.

“My sister.” Sulli said and gave Kai a light kiss on his left cheek.
