One year later.   Sehun couldn't believe it had been a year since he started dating Kai and now they were planning to get married. His relationship with Kai had grown into something more beautiful than how they started a year ago. He had told Kai everything about himself, from how he met and married his late husband to his life after losing the latter. Kai had cried while he listened to the story and that was when Sehun understood Kai  was a very sentimental person. It was easy being with Kai, he thought. They fit perfectly like two pieces of puzzles. Everything was better with him there. He knew it sounded crazy, but when he was with Kai it was like some missing part of him had finally returned to his body. When he got to hold him close and kiss him until they lose their breath, it was like he had finally found where he’s meant to be. And he was happy. He was really, very happy Jae had accepted their relationship with open arms and the teenager was now used to addressing Sehun as his Dad as well, (well not Dad, but he chose a suitable name and decided to call him papa,) The boy had found himself a lovely boyfriend named Stephen, even though Stephen was a few years older than Jae, the two had found love and were happy being with each other. Sehun had introduced Kai and Jae to his mother and close friends, the woman was happy to learn that her son found love again and she gave them her outmost genuine support. He had moved his business to Korea, and some of his workers agreed to follow him and continue to work for the company, his mother was happy for him but she refused to come and live with him in Korea, saying she couldn't leave the land where her husband was buried. But she had promised to attend his wedding and Sehun was truly grateful for that. He had asked Kai to sell his house (the one he's currently living in with his son) and use the money for whatever he felt like doing with it, because Sehun had going to buy them a new home that they would be moving in as a family after the wedding.  Kai agreed to sell the house but he refused today use the money on something different like sehun suggested, instead he said they would join hands and buy their new home together, he didn't feel comfortable living off his rich husband, just because Sehun was richer didn't mean Kai had to munch on him, he wanted to do everything equally, from buying the house to maintaining it. Sehun reluctantly agreed, he respectable Kai's decision, because he too wanted them to be equal, even though he preferred to spoil his husband and son. And now here they are, looking inside the house they're planning on buying.

Kai seemed to be okay with it, but Sehun wanted something bigger, the house was big but not just up to Sehun's standard. It was a 4 bedroom mansion with a master bedroom,  3 living rooms, 5 bathrooms and a very large kitchen, it had a gym, a dance studio, two home offices, a basketball court, indoor swimming pool and a huge garage that could hold up to 20 cars, (meaning all Sehun's 15 cars could have their own space as well,) even though the house he had in new New York was way mightier than this, Sehun agreed to take the house because his fiance was very pleased with it.  "So we're taking it?" Kai asked as he came to stand behind Sehun, sneaking his arms around the younger's waist. Sehun leaned into the embrace, resting his head on Kai's shoulder with a content sigh escaping his lips. "You think Jae will love it?" He asked placing his hands on top of Kai's that was holding him. Kai hummed. "He'll love it" he said placing a soft kiss on his fiance's neck. "Okay" he said, smiling at the feeling of Kai's lips against his skin. "Let's take it, I wanted a bigger house because I wanted our son to be more comfortable" Kai chuckled softly, tightening his hold on Sehun's waist. "It will be a waste if we get a bigger house than this one, Jae will move out when he reached 18 or 19?" He shrugged "so it will just be the two of us In the house" "No, I don't want my son to move out that soon, at least not until he's 20 or 21" "Alright, you can talk to him, he'll probably consider your words over mine" he chuckled at that "Brat" Sehun giggled."Yeah, he's a brat, but he's our brat" "That's right my love" Kai dropped another kiss to his neck. Sehun smiled at that, Kai had told him he loved him multiple times but it still made him happy no matter how many times Kai said those words. Sehun couldn't help but notice the way their heartbeats seem to be in sync, his own accelerating when Kai's did, slowing down right along as well. He noticed that a lot, every beat in perfect time with each other. It was a strange coincidence but he loved it. He had never really believed in soulmates or anything of the sort, but he liked to entertain the idea when he listened to Kai's heart this way, spinning some fantasy about them meeting not by chance but by fate, and that the beating of their hearts telling that story over and over every time they kissed. "Let's go do the paperwork and go check out with the tailor" he decided to say. Kai nodded as he dropped another kiss on his neck before he pulled back. "Let's go" he outstretched a hand which Sehun gladly accepted, lacing their fingers together as they proceeded to walk out.
***** 4 months later.

 

"Jae you gonna be late for school if you don't bring your down stairs right now" Sehun yelled from the kitchen. It had been two months since they got married, a month since they came back from their honeymoon, they're living together happily as a family in their new home. Sehun just finished making breakfast for this family, they take turns in making breakfast, and today happened to be Sehun's turn. Kai was currently sat on the dining with a newspaper in his hand as Sehun set the table, the doctor would lift his head occasionally to glance at his husband. "What the hell is Jae still doing up there?" Kai  asked, placing the newspaper on the table before rising to his feet. Sehun shrugged."I don't know" he said moving to stop right in front the older. Kai instantly pulled him closer, wrapping his arms around his waist as he leaned in to kiss his lips. And Sehun responded by wrapping his arms around Kai's neck "You look y when you cook" Kai whispered against Sehun's lips. He tugged on Kai's lower lip with his teeth. "Especially when you wear an apron, I will love to you in one of these" he tugged on the apron adorning Sehun's body. "Oh I will love that husband" he opened his mouth as Kai pushed his tongue in. "Damn should we skip work today?" He suggested. Kai chuckled breathily."Not everyone is a CEO, like you husband" he pulled Sehun closer. "Some of us have to work under someone" "Or you could just quit and work in my company doctor– you know we have a medical section in the company and the pay is good." Sehun offered. Kai laughed once again, pulling back a little to look at Sehun's face. "So tempting" he pecked the younger's cheek. "I will love that but I bet we're just gonna be ing in your office all the time without doing the actual work we're both supposed to do" Sehun nodded."True." He agreed. "but I will love to have you close" he pulled Kai down for another passionate kiss without giving him the chance to respond. They were lost in their own world as they continued to taste each other until they heard "Jesus, when are you two gonna stop?" The both pulled back to look at Jae walking into the dining room all dressed up nicely in his school uniform. Sehun grinned at his son."Morning to you too" he moved closer dropping a kiss on Jae's forehead before ruffling his hair a little. "Morning Dad!" Jae said moving to take his seat on the dining. "Morning!" Kai responded, taking his seat once again. Sehun removed the apron from his body before taking his seat as well. "Steph will be coming over on Saturday" Jae told them after a moment of eating. Sehun smiled."That's great, he's most welcome" "Yeah, but please keep your hands to yourselves when he's around" Jae grumbled and Sehun chuckled. He glanced at his husband from across the table."We'll try" "Not try Pa, I want confirmation that you two will not start making out in front of my boyfriend" Kai narrowed his eyes as he looked at his son pointedly. "We're not animals. We know when or not to do something like that" "I'm not saying you are am just saying–" "What?" Kai cut him off. "Okay not now both of you"Sehun intervened, he wasn't ready for his husband and son's usual morning arguments. The two were like little children sometimes, and he always tried to keep the balance between them. "We'll keep our hands to ourselves, that's it. no need for argument. Yeah?" They both looked at him without saying a word. "I need you to answer me, both of you". He said sternly. "Yeah" they said in unison. Sehun grinned."Good! now let's talk about your upcoming exams" he said looking at his son. "What about them?" Jae asked with a mouthful . "I want to know how well you're preparing for it, I haven't had the chance to check through your books" "I am doing good so far, but I still need English lessons" Sehun nodded."We'll start the lessons when I get home from work tonight or tomorrow evening." "Sounds good– so what are you going to give me if I pass all my exams?" "What would you like?" "A car" "No" Kai quickly said. Both Sehun and Jae pinned him with a look. "Not until he's 18" Kai added looking to his husband. "But they're others my age that do ride cars in my school" "Your Dad is right, it's just one more year ahead, don't worry am gonna buy you a pretty nice car as your 18th birthday present" Jae's face instantly lit up, Kai opened his mouth to say something but Sehun stopped him by kicking his legs from under the table. "Really?" "Yup" "Promise?" "Cross my heart" "Thanks Pa, you're the best" Sehun grinned once again."I know" "I love you" "Love you too baby boy" Kai rolled his eyes at them earning another kick to his leg. He hissed as he rose to his feet. "Am gonna head out first" Kai said. "You're done?" Sehun asked glancing at his son, ignoring his husband. Jae nodded before standing up as well, he bowed politely at his parents. "Thanks for the food" Sehun smiled fondly at him reaching across the table to caress his cheek."Now let's go" They all headed out just as the the house help walked in. She was an elderly woman, that Sehun was very fond of, she greeted them before proceeding into the house to do her job. Kai stopped just right in front of his car as he looked to where Sehun and Jae were. Sehun raised a brow at him and Kai mouthed 'goodbye kiss' He giggled before making his way over to Kai, and the moment he stopped in front of his husband, the latter pulled him close and attacked his lips like had been starving for it for long. Sehun smiled as he kissed back with much passion. "I love you" Kai whispered against his lips. "Love you too" he gave a slight tug to Kai's lower lip before he pulled back. "See you at home" "See you" Kai said before unlocking his car as he slipped in. Sehun waved at him as Kai drove off, then he strode back to where Jae was leaning against seyhun's Lamborghini with an amused smile on his face. "You guys are gross" he said walking around to the passenger seat as he stood waiting for his father to unlock the car. "You love us" Sehun said placing his both arms on top of the car's roof . Jae rolled his eyes but he was still smiling.
"God I am just glad every room in this house is soundproof or else–" he trailed off shaking his head. "That's right buddy, we wouldn't wanna taint your innocent ears" Jae chuckled."I'm tainted already pa I know what is" Sehun narrowed his eyes "Tell me you didn't" "Oh I did" "Kim Jae'in! I'm gonna kill your boyfriend. Mark my words" Jae laughed again, raising both hands in surrender. "Relax pa, I was just kidding, we haven't gone all the way. We agreed on not having until am 18" Sehun let out a breath."You better not– wait what? all the way? What do you mean you haven't gone all the way" "I mean, we kiss and touch each other. That's all" "You not lying. Are you?" "Of course not, I am telling the truth– I might have excluded a little part" "Like?" "s" "Jesus Christ! Get in the car"They both hopped in, and Sehun continued. "Your Dad is gonna kill you and bring you back, then kill you again and then bring you back if he learns about this" he said maneuvering the car out of the driveway, "He's not gonna know" "What makes you so sure?" "Because you're not gonna tell him" "And you think so why?" "Because you love me too much to watch me die" Sehun let out an exasperated s
