"Hello wifey," I say as I give Alex a back hug. 

She chuckles and puts her hands on top of mine.  "Well hello there. What's gotten you in such a good mood?"

"Of course I'm in a good mood. I woke up to you as my wife. Why wouldn't I be happy about that?" I ask as I snuggle my nose into the crook of her neck. 

She chuckles and turns around in my embrace to hug me properly.  "That was a pleasant good morning," she says smiling.

"I don't know, I think you're forgetting something," I say to her with a smirk. 

"I was just about to start breakfast, babe," she says while tilting her head cutely to the side. 

I tuck her hair behind her ear and gently grab her chin.  "I'm pretty sure you forgot this," I say before placing my lips on hers.

She pulls away with a smile.  "You're not slick."

"I just wanted my morning kiss from my wife. Now I can really start my morning off right."

"Don't you have practice or something to get ready for?"

"Unfortunately but I should be done by dinner. You're not going to stay long at the restaurant tonight are you?"

"No, not tonight. We just have some finishing touches to do is all. Why?"

"Great. I'm making dinner for us so don't make any plans," I say to her.

She raises an eyebrow at me.  "You? Cooking?" she says before bursting out laughing.  "That's funny. Good joke."

"Baaabbbeee. I'm serious. You'll find out tonight."

"Yeah, yeah. Now go get ready. I love you but I rather not smell your morning breath," she says before pecking my lips.  "Breakfast should be ready by the time you're done."

"Fine, I'll go if you agree to dinner tonight," I say with a pout. 

"Of course. Plus it'd be nice to have a dinner I didn't have to make" she says with a smile. 

"Perfect! Just leave everything to me," I say with a wink before walking to the bathroom to get ready for practice.

"You know I love you right?" I ask Michelle as we eat breakfast. 

She looks up from her plate with a concerned look on her face.  "Of course. Is something wrong?"

I nervously rub the back of my neck.  "Are you happy?"

"I am. I'm really happy how things are actually," she says with a smile.  She furrows her eyebrows and asks, "Where is this all coming from?"

"It's just, I don't know. I feel like I should be doing more for you? You know what, just forget it. This is stupid," I say getting ready to leave the table.

Before I could even stand, Michelle is sitting in my lap and holding my face in her hands. 

"This is about the wedding, isn't it?" she asks and my eyes widen.

She smiles and shakes her head.  "Look, we're doing really well right now, don't you think?"  

I nod while staring into her eyes.

"Everyone moves at their own pace. Don't feel rushed to do anything you're not ready to do yet. Besides, we've been through a lot and look where we are today. What's important is that we're happily in love with each other. So, are you happy?"

"Why of course! You're here right now so I'm always happy," I say with a toothy grin. 

"Do you love me still?"

"What kind of question is that? I will always love you! I-" 

She stops me from talking with a kiss, which I'm definitely not mad about. 

Michelle pulls back way too quickly.  

"Now, stop overthinking, yeah? Don't pressure yourself to do anything. And never doubt yourself."

"How did I get so lucky?"

She shrugs.  "You must have hit one hell of a lotto," she says before laughing. I couldn't help but join her.

"Aish. No more hanging out with Jun. I still love you, though."

She rolls her eyes but still smiles.  "Alright love, you better leave now before you're late. 

"You headed to the restaurant?" I ask.

"Yeah, Robin is going to meet me and Alex there so we can finish up our designing plans."

"I'm proud of you babe," I say after I stand.

I put my shoes on, grab my bag, and give her one last kiss.  

"See you tonight?"

"Looking forward to it," she says with a wink.

"Daddy! I no reach orange juice!"

I quickly put my shirt on before walking to the kitchen to see Riyeon trying to get the juice from the fridge. 

After grabbing the juice I grab her a cup and pour her some.  I then hand her the cup.

"Gomabseubnida, appa!"

I couldn't help but smile at Riyeon.  It amazes me how quickly she can switch back from English to Korean.

I plant a kiss on top of her head.  "You're welcome Ri. Are you all ready to go with omma today?"

"Yes! I get to see mommy work!" she says all excitedly. 

"You going to be good for omma and your aunts today?"

"Yes! Are you dancing with X uncles today?"

I chuckled at that. She has trouble saying EXO so she just says X.  

"Alright Riyeon, are you ready to go?" I hear Robin yell.

"Yes, omma! Ready to go work!"

Robin soon appears all professionally dressed. 

"Go ahead and start putting your shoes and coat on," she says before looking at me.  "You getting ready to leave, too?"

I nod and give her a kiss.  "Aren't you going to eat breakfast?"

She shakes her head.  "I'll grab something on the way."

"Good thing I made you a breakfast sandwich to go," I say as I hand her the wrapped up sandwhich.

"And you got Ri ready. Oh, how I don't deserve you."

"I say we deserve each other."

"Omma! Chop chop! Auntie Lex and Mi are waiting!"

Robin chuckles and shakes her head.  "Well, I guess that's my cue to go. Have a good practice, okay?"

"I'll try. Have fun at the restaurant. You sure you don't want me to take Riyeon? Everyone at the company loves her."

She shakes her head.  "We'll be fine. We're not doing too much today, anyways."  She slips her shoes on then pecks my lips before opening the door.  

"See you tonight."

"Alright, love you."

"Love you too appa!" Ri yells. 

Me and Robin giggle.  She looks at me and mouths I love you, too, before leaving and shutting the door behind them.

"It was the funniest thing! She was nearly ready to fight," Chanyeol says, laughing afterward.

Sehun scoffs.  "I didn't even do anything. I just offered them tips. Isn't that what we do? Besides, you're the one who bumped into them."

Yixing just sits back and shakes his head at the maknae. 

"But I apologized for the both of us actually," Chanyeol says with a roll of his eyes. 

"Were they cute?"

They all turn to Kyungsoo who has a smirk on his face.

"What?" Yixing asks.

"Oh come on. You two wouldn't be so mad at Sehun if they weren't cute," Kyungsoo says with a shrug.

"They were hot, not going to lie. They looked like they weren't from here," Chanyeol says. 

"I don't know. They could be. They kind of looked exotic but in a beautiful kind of way," Yixing adds. 

"Maybe they're American?" Jongin inputs.

"Does it matter?  It's not like we're ever going to see them again. Besides, they're just strippers. You could hook up with a random girl or even just pay a chick if you wanted the taco." Sehun says.

"Taco?" Baekhyun says as he enters the practice room with Minseok and Junmyeon following close behind. 

"I know I did not just enter this room to hear you refer to the as a ing taco," Minseok deadpans.

"I think you've been watching too much t.v. And I thought Riyeon was the only one I had to monitor t.v. time for," Junmyeon says with a shake of his head. 

"Alright everyone, how about we actually start practicing? Then the sooner we can leave," Jongdae says. 

"I came back to this. I was in America performing with Jason Derulo," Yixing mumbles in Chinese.

"Okay guys, who's ready for a day of hard practice?" the choreographer says as he walks towards the front of the room.

"Are you as tired as I am?" Jangmi asks as she plops down in the seat across from Sunhee.

"Just about. After the show, I stayed up to finish my essay."

"To finish or to start?" Jangmi says with a chuckle.

"Look, it is too early to be attacked liked this," Sunhee says.

"Girl, it is 12:30 pm. Speaking of that, I'm going up to buy lunch," Jangmi says before walking up to the school's cafe. 

 

Not long after Jangmi went to get her lunch, someone slid into the seat across from her and it wasn't Jangmi.

"What's up hot stuff?"

Sunhee looks up from her food only to sigh and roll her eyes.  "What do you want?"

"I just came to see my lady is all."

"Look here Vernon. I'm really tired of telling you to leave me alone. This is borderline harassment," Sunhee says annoyed.

"Aw babe, why you gotta be like that?" he says with a smirk.  

Just then Jangmi comes back with her tray of food.  "Oh great, if it isn't wannabe gangster rapper. To what do we owe the pleasure of this visit this time?" Jangmi says, taking a seat next to Sunhee. 

"And if it isn't the school's ," Vernon says before looking back at Sunhee.  "I don't know why you hang out with her when you're nothing like her."

"Look here, Hansol. If you're going to insult me at least be a man about it and do it to my face," Jangmi says unbothered. 

"It's Vernon."

"Last I checked, your real name is Hansol. I'm not going to call you by you pretend rapper's name."

Sunhee just watches back and forth as they bicker, continuing to eat her lunch. 

"Whatever, ."

"You're right. I'm just so jealous that I couldn't make as many headlines as you could," Jangmi says with a smirk. 

Vernon scoffs and pushes his chair back, standing up.  "Lucky I have a class to go to," he says before looking over to Sunhee.  "And I'll see you later babe," he says with a wink and then walks off. 

Sunhee explodes into laughter as soon as he's gone.  "As many headlines as you. That was pure gold," she says between chuckles. 

"Drake would be disappointed," Jangmi says with a headshake.  

(I spent a whole 5min laughing at the joke I wrote LOL😅. And if you guys don't get it, just watch this. I got nothing but love for you Vernon :D).

 

"You alright?" Sunhee asks once her laughter died down, and turns towards her friend. 

"Why wouldn't I be? Not like it's the first time I've heard it and it surely won't be the last," Jangmi says with a shrug. 

"You know you're not, right?"

"I know. I'm not gonna let a wannabe gangster rapper tell me who I am. I honestly don't know why you don't report him and get a restraining order."

Sunhee chuckles at this.  "Nothing I can't handle."

"Uhg, I have class in fifteen minutes," Jangmi whines. 

"It's your last class, right?" Sunhee asks and receives a nod in response.  "Good. You can go home after and nap before work tonight."

"Uhggggg, don't mention that hellhole. Especially after last night. I'm still pissed at that dude. Who the does he think he is?"

"I know, I know. Least we have a night off after tonight. We should have a movie night at my place," Sunhee says. 

"Sure, why not. Won't be doing anything else anyways. I'll see you later. On my way to fail an exam," Jangmi says.

"You're not going to fail. See you later. Make sure to go nap after class. You know how Jo Kwon gets if he sees circles under our eyes," Sunhee says. 

"Yeah yeah. Later," Jangmi says before taking off for her class.

Sunhee rubs her hands down her face.  Few more weeks and we'll be graduating. You can make it, she mumbles to herself as she collects her trash.

"The place is looking amazing so far. We'll probably be done before the grand opening date," Robin says with a smile. 

"We couldn't have done this without you. Your design skills are hella on point," Alex says, taking a seat to join the other two.

"Why thank you. It is what I do," Robin smiles with a Riyeon sitting on her lap.  "But are you two excited for opening day?"

"Yes! With my drinks and Alex's food, we should be set," Michelle says.

"Auntie Mi. Mommy says I can't take any drinks from you because you will spoke it," Riyeon says.

Alex burst out in a fit of laughter.  "Oh my god, I'm weak!"

Michelle deadpans at Robin.  "Did you really tell her that I would spike her drinks? Who do you think I am?"

Robin just shrugs.  

"I would at least wait until she can at least say the word properly," Michelle says with a grin. 

Robin shoots her a glare before looking down at Riyeon.  "Don't listen to her."

"I'm really contemplating going into business with an alcoholic," Alex says with a chuckle.

"Hey!" Michelle protests, "I am not!"

"I'm pretty sure you are when you purposely confuse tequila with water," Alex says.

"What's te-kee-ya?" Riyeon asks with a confused look on her face.

"See what you two did. You can deal with Jun if he finds out that she's been listening to these things," Robin says with an eye roll. 

"We'll deal with it if it comes up. Let's get back to work. I think we should finish the tables and chairs and we can call it a day," Michelle suggests.

"Sounds like a plan," Alex says in agreement.

"I want to help!" Riyeon exclaims from her mom's lap.

"Hmm," Robin says as she looks around the place to find a safe way that Riyeon could help.  "You see those papers over there on the floor?" Riyeon looks to where her mom is pointing and nods.  "How about you put those papers in that black bag while we organize the chairs and tables?"

"That would be a big help!" Michelle cheerfully says. 

"Okay!" Riyeon happily says before jumping off her mom's lap and running towards the piles of papers.

"Alright ladies, leggo!" Alex cheers.
